Card Programs. Bank offers the following commercial card programs (availability is based on criteria that Bank establishes): (i) Business Credit Cards or Combination Corporate and Purchasing Cards – programs designed for all Card Transactions. (ii) Business Professional or Corporate Credit Card. – programs designed for Cards to be used for business travel and entertainment expenses. (iii) Purchasing Cards – a program designed for Cards to be used solely to pay Client’s suppliers for business expenses. (iv) Virtual Cards – a program designed for Card numbers to be used for Card Transactions effected online or via telephone. Virtual Accounts are issued generically to the Client and are not personalized for individual users. (v) ScoreCard Reward Program – allows Client with eligible Cards to earn points based on business- related purchases and redeem points for merchandise, statement credits, gift cards, ACH credits and travel. Bank reserves the right to modify or discontinue reward program at any time. Additional program details and terms are posted on the ScoreCard online portal: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. (vi) Rebate Program – allows Client to earn rebates in accordance with Bank’s rebate terms provided separately.

Card Programs. Bank offers two Card programs under the VISA® brand: a Commercial Card and a Business Card the different features of which are described in the User Guide. This Agreement governs both programs with the differences including credit limits noted in this Agreement. Visa is a registered trademark of Visa Inc.
Card Programs. At End­User's request and upon payment of relevant fees, Qualys will provide End­User, as part of the Service, a customized version of the Reports containing information designed to meet the criteria of a Qualys­supported payment card compliance program such as, by way of example, the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. In certain circumstances, Qualys personnel may also provide individualized assistance to End­User to facilitate a determination regarding End­User's compliance with a Card Program. Qualys provides the Service in connection with Card Programs, including any customized Reports and individualized assistance, solely as a tool to enable End­User to evaluate its compliance with such Card Programs. End­User acknowledges and agrees that third party payment card organizations, and not Qualys, establish the security criteria and other terms and conditions of the Card Programs ("Criteria").

Card Programs. Permit the aggregate amount of outstanding obligations of Millennium and the Subsidiaries under all Card Programs to exceed US$10,000,000 at any time.
Card Programs. The Cledara Mastercard Business Charge Card is designed to handle an organization's purchasing of subscription services through the App or sales websites of Cledara approved merchants. All communication regarding your Account or Cards should be directed to Cledara, our service provider for the Card Program, unless otherwise directed.   • Credit Card Agreements Each Borrower and Guarantor shall (a) observe and perform all material terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of the Credit Card Agreements to be observed and performed by it at the times set forth therein; (b) not do, permit, suffer or refrain from doing anything, as a result of which there could be a default under or breach of any of the terms of any of the Credit Card Agreements and at all times maintain in full force and effect the Credit Card Agreements and not terminate, cancel, surrender, modify, amend, waive or release any of the Credit Card Agreements, or consent to or permit to occur any of the foregoing; except, that, any Borrower or Guarantor may terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements in the ordinary course of the business of such Borrower or Guarantor; provided, that, such Borrower or Guarantor shall give Agent not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of its intention to so terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements; (c) not enter into any new Credit Card Agreements with any new Credit Card Issuer unless Agent shall have received not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of the intention of such Borrower or Guarantor to enter into such agreement (together with such other information with respect thereto as Agent may request) and such Borrower or Guarantor delivers, or causes to be delivered to Agent, a Credit Card Acknowledgment in favor of Agent; (d) give Agent immediate written notice of any Credit Card Agreement entered into by such Borrower or Guarantor after the date hereof, together with a true, correct and complete copy thereof and such other information with respect thereto as Agent may reasonably request; (e) furnish to Agent, promptly upon the request of Agent, such information and evidence as Agent may require from time to time concerning the observance, performance and compliance by such Borrower or Guarantor or the other party or parties thereto with the terms, covenants or provisions of the Credit Card Agreements; and (f) not modify any instructions given by Agent to any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor provided for in any Credit Card Acknowledgement or otherwise direct the remittance of payments under any Credit Card Agreement to any account other than the Blocked Account.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses.   • Third Party Programs This Licensed Software may contain third party software programs (“Third Party Programs”) that are available under open source or free software licenses. This License Agreement does not alter any rights or obligations You may have under those open source or free software licenses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in such licenses, the disclaimer of warranties and the limitation of liability provisions in this License Agreement shall apply to such Third Party Programs.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Visa Debit Card If approved, you may use your Visa® card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your share draft account. For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges.

Any such activities shall be funded from the department’s separate appropriation, after review by the Benefits Advisory Committee and approval by the Secretary of Administration, or designee.
