Cardiac Sonographers and Vascular Sonographers. The Employer will provide $500.00 per fiscal year, based on departmental reimbursement policy, pro-rated for FTE. RT/AT/END Bargaining Unit Members. For employees in the RT/AT/END bargaining unit $500.00 per FTE (pro-rated for part-time) per fiscal year shall be made available to fund continuing education. RT employees will be granted up to $800.00 per FTE, pro-rated.

Cardiac Sonographers and Vascular Sonographers. The Employer will provide five 23 hundred dollars ($500.00) per fiscal year, based on departmental reimbursement policy, 24 pro-rated for FTE. 26 Respiratory Care/Anesthesiology/ElectroneurodiagnosticT/AT/END Bargaining Unit 27 Members. For Anesthesia and Electroneurodiagnostic employees, in the RT/AT/END 28 bargaining unit five hundred dollars ($500.00) per FTE (pro-rated for part-time) per fiscal 29 year shall be made available to fund continuing education. Respiratory CareT employees 30 will be granted up to eight hundred dollars ($800.00) per FTE, pro-rated.
Cardiac Sonographers and Vascular Sonographers. Education benefits will be limited to 37 those staff who keep their national state license in good standing. The employer will not 38 reimburse for state license registration. Cardiac Sonographers and Vascular 39 Sonographers who have completed their probationary period shall be granted up to forty 40 (40) hours per fiscal year, pro-rated for FTE, for each individual bargaining unit employee 41 for educational and/or professional leave. The employer will grant a minimum of twenty- 42 four (24) hours of educational/professional leave within a twelve (12) month period in a 43 fiscal year to employees requesting such leave.
Cardiac Sonographers and Vascular Sonographers. The Employer will provide five 25 hundred dollars ($500.00) per fiscal year, based on departmental reimbursement policy, 26 pro-rated for FTE.

  • Orthodontics We Cover orthodontics used to help restore oral structures to health and function and to treat serious medical conditions such as: cleft palate and cleft lip; maxillary/mandibular micrognathia (underdeveloped upper or lower jaw); extreme mandibular prognathism; severe asymmetry (craniofacial anomalies); ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint; and other significant skeletal dysplasias. Procedures include but are not limited to: • Rapid Palatal Expansion (RPE); • Placement of component parts (e.g. brackets, bands); • Interceptive orthodontic treatment; • Comprehensive orthodontic treatment (during which orthodontic appliances are placed for active treatment and periodically adjusted); • Removable appliance therapy; and • Orthodontic retention (removal of appliances, construction and placement of retainers).

  • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows: • Removable complete or partial dentures, for Members 15 years of age and above, including six (6) months follow-up care; • Additional services including insertion of identification slips, repairs, relines and rebases and treatment of cleft palate; and • Interim prosthesis for Members five (5) to 15 years of age. We do not Cover implants or implant related services. Fixed bridges are not Covered unless they are required: • For replacement of a single upper anterior (central/lateral incisor or cuspid) in a patient with an otherwise full complement of natural, functional and/or restored teeth; • For cleft palate stabilization; or • Due to the presence of any neurologic or physiologic condition that would preclude the placement of a removable prosthesis, as demonstrated by medical documentation.
