CARE OF EXHIBIT SPACEGeneral cleaning of aisles will be provided, but Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their space clean and exhibits manned and in good order. Each booth must be manned during show hours by at least one person. Cleaning should occur at close of the show each evening. Trash may be placed in the aisles for pick-up at that time. All decorations must be flame-proofed to the satisfaction of the Fire Department. No combustible oils or gases can be used as part of an exhibit. (Contact S&L for special permission). This applies to both inside and outside exhibits.

Each vendor must place all of their garbage in the dumpster, recycling materials need to be put in the designated area for pickup.

CARE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. The exhibit floor, and each booth space occupied by exhibitors, will be cleaned daily. Exhibitors, however, must cooperate by not throwing refuse on the floor, or any other material which will endanger public safety or inconvenience other exhibitors during exhibition hours. Exhibits must be put in proper shape and in order before the opening hours of the show day. Xxxxxx not in order before the opening hour may be straightened by PARMA at the expense of the exhibitor. PARMA will supply standard booth equipment consisting of a rear background of curtains on a frame not to exceed eight feet in height, two side dividers of curtains on frames not to exceed three feet and one one-line name sign, with booth number, unless exhibitor has more than one booth and requests to have additional signs. Also included is a draped table, two chairs and a waste basket. All other booth equipment and decorations will either be supplied by the individual exhibitor or may be rented from the official PARMA decorator. Exhibitors must limit their activities to within the confines of their booth space. Exhibitor activities must be conducted in a manner consistent with non-interference of activities legitimately exercised by other exhibitors. The distribution of exhibitor’s products, catalogues, pamphlets, printed materials, souvenirs, etc., must remain within the confined area of the booth space and at no time should protrude into the exhibit hall aisles. No exhibitor’s promotional activities will be permitted outside the confines of the exhibitor’s booth space. Any firm or organization without an assigned booth space will not be permitted to solicit business within the trade show area. Installation of exhibits may begin at 1:00 pm, Sunday, February 12, 2017, and all exhibits must be erected and completely arranged by 6:00 pm, Sunday, February 12, 2017. PARMA will not allow any installation of exhibits after the opening of the show unless permission is received from PARMA management. Dismantling and removal of material by exhibitors may begin after 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February 14, 2017. All exhibit material must be removed by 5:00 pm, Tuesday, February 14, 2017. PARMA has contracted with TriCord Tradeshow Services to provide electrical and drayage needs for the 2017 PARMA Conference. Exhibitors are responsible for their own electrical, drayage, and the transportation of materials to and from the exhibit hall. This applies to both inside and outside exhibits. Exhibitors wishing to exhibit in outdoor space must call for pricing. No unauthorized vehicles will be allowed to advertise or park on the fairgrounds. Unauthorized vehicles left on the grounds may be subject to ticketing and/or towing as well as being charged for exhibit space.
CARE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. Exhibitors are, at their own expense, responsible for keeping their exhibit space clean and in neat order. WCK will provide cleaning of the aisles and walkways.
CARE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. Exhibitors must not place any refuse or any materials which will endanger public safety or cause inconvenience to other exhibitors on the floor during exhibit hours. Exhibitors shall not injure, mar, mark, paint, or in any manner deface the hall, or use nails, hooks, pins, screws, or tape on the building. The exhibitor is liable for any and all damages which he may cause to the building or otherwise in connection with his exhibit. Helium balloons may be permitted if allowed by the venue hosting the exhibit hall.
CARE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. The Show Management will sweep and clean the aisles, but each Exhibitor must keep spaces clean and in good order. Each booth must be manned during show hours by at least one person. Trash may be placed in the aisles for pickup at the close of the show each evening.
CARE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. LSCS will arrange for cleaning of aisles and removal of trash daily. Vendor will keep its booth space in good, safe and working order. Vendor shall not place anything in the aisles during exhibit open hours. The exhibit area is a non-smoking area; smoking is NOT allowed in any Vendor tents. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking pavilions in or near parking lots.
CARE OF EXHIBIT SPACE. Exhibitor must, at its own expense, maintain and keep in good order its exhibit and the space for which Exhibitor has contracted.
