Care Quality Commission. 2.10.1 The Provider for the drug and alcohol treatment service is required to be registered with the CQC as an independent Healthcare Provider, meeting all requirements pertaining to the registration, for each of the regulated activities that are required to be undertaken, as set out in the service specification. The Provider will:  As required, supply the Council with copies of any evidence sent to the CQC as part of the requirements of registration;  Adhere to CQC regulations and will co-operate fully in any inspections and audits by the CQC;  Notify the Council of the outcomes from any CQC inspections and audits. The Provider will immediately inform the Council of any areas of non- compliance and will supply the Alliance and Council with an action plan to rectify these; and  Ensure any sub-contractors (where appropriate) will be registered with and comply with the requirements of the CQC).
