In recognition of this, employees who have worked longer than twenty (20) years, fifteen (15) of which must be in the Enumclaw School District, may apply for a CTA and be compensated up Appendix C to an additional five (5) days per year at per diem to a maximum of 10 days. Requests need to be submitted in writing by December 15th to the district office. Work will be done on a supplemental contract.

Career Teacher Assignment. The District recognizes that experienced teachers provide extra value, expertise, and professionalism to the school program. In recognition of this, employees who have worked longer than twenty (20) years, including fifteen (15) in the District, may apply for a Career Teacher Assignment and be compensated at a rate of seventeen hundred dollars ($1700) per year. A teacher may receive this assignment twice. Teachers shall apply by August 15 the first year and June 1 thereafter in the year before the assignment begins. Up to fifteen (15) assignments may be granted from certificated nonsupervisory staff. A committee composed of an equal number of representatives selected by the appropriate District level administrator and the Association President shall determine the criteria for selection prior to implementation. If more than fifteen (15) individuals apply, a committee selected by the appropriate District level administrator will select the career assignment recipients. The individual and his/her supervisor and/or the Instructional Services Office will mutually agree upon the job description.

Under normal circumstances, the teachers will be notified by the Administration in writing of their programs for the coming school year, including the school(s) to which they will be assigned, the grades and/or subjects that they will teach, and any special or unusual classes that they will have by one (1) week before the close of school. Changes in such programs may be made after one (1) week before the close of school, if necessary, and the teachers involved in the change will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Transfer/Assignment (A) Subject to compliance with clause (B) of this Section 8, this Warrant and all rights hereunder are transferable, in whole or in part, upon the books of the Company by the registered holder hereof in person or by duly authorized attorney, and a new warrant shall be made and delivered by the Company, of the same tenor and date as this Warrant but registered in the name of one or more transferees, upon surrender of this Warrant, duly endorsed, to the office or agency of the Company described in Section 3. All expenses (other than stock transfer taxes) and other charges payable in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of the new warrants pursuant to this Section 8 shall be paid by the Company.

  • Other Assignments Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon, the successors and permitted assigns of the parties. Neither party shall assign or transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Shift Assignment Should the University elect to establish a shift on any other schedule than the regular day shift (Monday through Friday) or to assign employees to work on any such shift, the employee(s) with the most seniority in the classification affected or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the classification elect to move to such shift, then the employee(s) with the least seniority in the classification shall be assigned to such shift. If positions or shifts are reduced or eliminated or movement of personnel to other shifts is required, then the seniority of the affected employee will prevail in the selection of shift, provided the affected employee can do the required work. Such shift preference is only applicable within the employee's classification.

  • Teachers on Special Assignment Employees who are in the following categories are considered to be Teachers on Special Assignment (TOSA): Professional Development specialists, program specialists, consulting teachers, etc.

  • Teaching Assignment For teaching faculty, the teaching assignment will be one or a combination of programs, courses, or student originated studies offerings (all of which are collectively referred to as “academic offerings” below). For full-time faculty the normal teaching assignment will be a program. For part-time faculty the normal assignment is either a program and/or course(s), depending on the terms of their contract. In addition, faculty may support individual learning contracts.

  • Contract Assignment You cannot assign this contract to another person nor sublet any part of the premises.

  • SPECIAL TEACHING ASSIGNMENTS A. Assignments for the Adult Education, Driver Education and Summer School Program will be made by the Board on the basis of preference to teachers possessing permanent teaching certificates regularly employed in the district during the normal school year.
