Career Transition Services. For a maximum period of one year following the Date of Termination, the Company will provide Xx. Xxxxx with executive career transition services from Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, with total payments to the firm not to exceed $19,500 (Nineteen thousand five hundred dollars). Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx shall xxxx the Company directly for their services to Xx. Xxxxx. Xx. Xxxxx’x entitlement to services under this Agreement will terminate when he becomes employed, either by another employer or through self- employment other than consulting with the Company.

Career Transition Services. Career transition services will be offered to employees looking for another job inside Bell or elsewhere and will include: access to one-on-one counselling, job search support and training (as determined on a case by case basis). These services will be offered to employees, as appropriate, based upon an assessment of the individual's circumstances and the opportunities for placement.

In all events, the Company will offer: two (2) weeks of paid Career Transition Services; or if the duration is longer, the Career Transition Services offered with any corporate program that might be available and applicable to the employee. Separation If the surplus Regular employee is not placed internally, the Company will offer: a termination allowance consisting of a number of weeks of base salary, determined upon the employee’s net credited service as outlined in the Attachment A of this Memorandum of Agreement. For employees with or more years of net credited service, the calculation will be as follows: weeks X X basic weekly rate; or if the amount is higher, any corporate severance package that might be available and applicable to the employee.

Tuesday Morning will pay up to $2,500 to RiseSmart for a service package, if and to the extent the service is initiated by Employee prior to March 15th of the calendar year following the calendar year containing the Termination Date.
