Carrier Selection. Buyer will select the carrier and mode of transportation for all shipments where freight costs will be charged to Buyer.
Carrier Selection. The Joint Committee on Insurance (JBC) will select the insurance carrier(s); if the JBC is unable to agree on the selection, the District shall select the insurance carrier(s).

1.5.2 Where intraLATA toll carrier presubscription is not implemented, each Party agrees to provide intraLATA toll services for resale, to resold or unbundled switch lines provided to the other Party. Where intraLATA toll carrier presubscription is implemented, each Party will route toll calls to the appropriate carrier as designated by the other Party.
Carrier Selection. Upon execution of this Agreement, Buyer shall notify Kentek of Buyer's designation of the carrier or agent to whom Products delivered hereunder are to be delivered. If Buyer desires to change its designation of such carrier or agent, Buyer shall, not less than 10 days prior to the Requested Delivery Date for the delivery to be affected by the change, notify Kentek of the new carrier or agent.
