Fees and limits. We may charge Fees in connection with any of our services and facilities that you have made use of or requested based on our Fees Schedule. The Fees Schedule is subject to changes. The most recent update of schedule will be available on the Card Partner’s Website or Card Partner’s App. We may charge you an administration charge as set out in the Fee Schedule in the following circumstances: ● in the event that you make any payment to us that is subsequently reversed after sixty (60) days due to inadequate account information or inadequate KYC documentation, and ● to cover our reasonable costs and expenses in providing you with manual support on the Account not otherwise required under the Agreement (e.g. a request for legal, police, court or other judicial support). We may charge you a Fee for chargebacks as set out in the Fees Schedule where a receiving bank declines receipt of a payment following a request to transfer the funds from the Card. We have the right to review and change the amount of Available Balance you are able to have in the Account and the spending limits on the Card at any time and will notify you accordingly.
Fees and limits. The fees that apply to your Account are shown in the Purchase balance unless otherwise stated in this Agreement. If charging any fee shown in Part 2 would exceed first-year fee limits set by law, we may charge an amount allowed by law. If we do this, it does not affect our ability to charge the full fee amount later.
Fees and limits. 6.1 Fees and limits apply to the Card, as indicated in the Fees and Limits section in the User Guide. The fees we charge are subject to change from time to time, in accordance with the Agreement. You will be notified of any change in the applicable fees.
6.2 You agree to pay and authorise us to debit the Card Fund for the fees set out in the Fees and Limits section in the User Guide and in these terms and conditions. These fees may be debited from the Card Fund as soon as they are incurred. If there are insufficient funds within a Currency to pay such fees, or the local currency is not a Currency available on the Card, then we may automatically deduct funds from other Currencies in the following order of priority: GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NZD, ZAR, TRY, CHF and AED. Please refer to the Fees and Limits section in the User Guide and clause 8.
6.3 From time to time, we may limit the amount you can load on the Card, or the amount you can withdraw from ATMs or spend at Merchants over certain time periods. Some Merchants and ATM operators also impose their own limits on the amount that can be spent or withdrawn over a specific time period.
6.4 Certain Merchants may charge an additional fee if the Card is used to purchase goods and/or services. The fee is determined and charged by the Merchant and is not retained by us. We will not be liable for any such fees incurred.
6.5 For details on the fees and limits that apply to the Card, please refer to the Fees and Limits section in the User Guide, or on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx.
Fees and limits f) If we refund a disputed Transaction to the Account and subsequently receive information to confirm that the Transaction was authorised by you and correctly deducted from your Available Funds, we shall:
i. deduct the amount of the disputed Transaction from your Available Funds; and
ii. re-charge any fees and/or charges that you owe us.

ANNUAL OR PERIODIC MEMBERSHIP FEE If your Account has an Annual or Periodic Membership Fee, this amount is shown in Part 2. You agree that this fee will be charged to your Account while your Account is: • open; or • closed with a balance. If you have not used your Account and you close it within 90 days of when it was opened, the Annual or Periodic Membership Fee(s) will be refunded (if paid) or reversed. This Fee compensates Capital One in part, for Cardmember services provided or made available to you throughout the membership year.
Fees and limits. 1. You may, by initiating a withdrawal request via the Kasih AP Gold Platform, together with such identifying information as requested by Kasih AP Gold and on behalf of the Vault Operator, at any time request physical delivery of your gold to you, provided that you hold sufficient gold (as specified in clause 9.2) and subject to the withdrawal limits described below.
2. Physical withdrawals of gold are subject to a minimum quantity in the form of whole grammes when making a physical withdrawal request through the Kasih AP Gold Platform. Physical withdrawals of gold may be subject to daily maximum withdrawal limits. You are responsible for the payment of any insurance, delivery, and transportation fees, which will be advised to you and agreed with you in advance.
3. You may sell the gold in your Kasih AP Gold Wallet by transferring funds to your personal bank account. You may make a request to withdraw your funds in your Kasih AP Gold Wallet. The gold in your Kasih AP Gold Wallet will then be sold at the prevailing market price at the time of the withdrawal pursuant to clause 6. The transfer of funds between your Kasih AP Gold Wallet and your personal bank account may be subject to spending limits based on your gold balance and maximum daily allowance that is prescribed by our third-party banking operator.
4. Kasih AP Gold reserves the right to reject any incoming or outgoing wire. Outgoing wire instructions may be rejected if the details provided are insufficient, the receiving institution cannot be identified, it is uneconomical to do so, the currency is not one of currencies accepted by Kasih AP Gold from time to time or if there are insufficient net funds in the Kasih AP Gold Wallet. Incoming wire transfers will be rejected if they are sent from a third party or from a bank in a country which Kasih AP Gold deems to pose a high risk.
Fees and limits. When you perform a transaction using Pipol Pay a fee may be charged depending on the nature of your account. We may, at our discretion, impose limits on the dollar amount or the number of payments you can send within a specified time frame, including money you send for authorized merchant purchases. Fees and limits may change from time to time in our sole discretion. When we identify a potentially high-risk payment to an authorized merchant, we review the transaction more closely before allowing it to proceed. When this happens, we will cancel the transaction and may notify the merchant. As a buyer, this may delay the process since you the buyer will have to repeat the transaction.
