Employees who handle cash funds will not be penalized financially for cash errors, provided the errors are of an accidental or clerical nature; deficits that result from failure to regard and follow policy directives from the Employer may render an employee subject to normal disciplinary measures.

Both Parties to this Agreement recognize that employees should not be required to work under abnormal conditions, however, where it is unavoidable the following shall apply: A premium allowance of one dollar ($1) per hour shall be paid to employees working on a swing stage, over bridges or stacks, or towers, or over the side of buildings or vessels, such that they are above surrounding terrain. Premium allowance shall apply to actual time while exposed, except that time shall be calculated in one (1) hour increments. This same premium shall apply to tree falling, in confined areas, with raw sewage, or welding and cutting of galvanized and aluminum material.
