Common use of Casual Part-Time Clause in Contracts

Casual Part-Time. i) Casual nurses will declare on a biweekly basis, their availability for work on specified days for the next two (2) week period. ii) Casual part-time nurses who declare themselves available for work shall notify the Employer as soon as a change in circumstances becomes known. iii) Casual nurses will not be called or scheduled to work until all available hours have been offered to regular part time nurses who do not incur a premium.
