Central Records and Communications Section. All members not on the Schedule, shall work a forty (40) hour week, consisting of five (5) daily tours of duty of eight (8) consecutive hours each. Hours of Work All members on the + Schedule will have hours of work in accordance with the October proposal and its amendments as set forth in Schedule attached hereto. All members, except in cases of serious emergency, shall be allowed a half hour uninterrupted lunch period during each eight (8) hour tour of duty, which half hour shall commence no more than five (5) hours after the commencement of normal tour of duty. Every member failing to receive such lunch period within the allotted time shall be allowed one-half hour's pay, provided however, every member first obtains permission their supervisor or watch commander before extending their assigned duty beyond the five (5) hours. Overtime for all work in excess of their regular hours of work, has been authorized by the Chief of Police or delegate shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 Article Emergency I This Article applies to members in the Central Records and Communications Section only: Notwithstandingthe provisions of Article in case of serious emergency requiring the services of members of the Police Service, who are not on duty at the time of the emergency, the Chief of Police or other persons in charge of the Police Service, may recall to duty any or all such members or upon hours notice amend the shift of any or a11 such members with such change to last only for the duration of the emergency.

  • Computing and Communication Party shall select, in consultation with the Agency of Human Services’ Information Technology unit, one of the approved methods for secure access to the State’s systems and data, if required. Approved methods are based on the type of work performed by the Party as part of this agreement.

  • RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, County shall have free access at all proper times or until the expiration of four (4) years after the furnishing of services to such records, and the right to examine and audit the same and to make transcripts therefrom, and to inspect all data, documents, proceedings, and activities pertaining to this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Contractor shall furnish County such periodic reports as County may request pertaining to the work or services undertaken pursuant to this Agreement. The costs and obligations incurred or to be incurred in connection therewith shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND FORMAT 2.1 The Supplier agrees to provide timely, full, accurate and complete MI Reports to the Authority which incorporates the data, in the correct format, required by the MI Reporting Template. The initial MI Reporting Template is set out in the Annex to this Framework Schedule 9.

  • Correction of Personal Information 8. Within 5 business days of receiving a written direction from the Public Body to correct or annotate any personal information, the Contractor must annotate or correct the information in accordance with the direction.
