Certain Salaries. The names and salary rates of all present employees of the Company, and, to the extent existing on the date of this Agreement, all arrangements with respect to any bonuses to be paid to them from and after the date of this Agreement;
Certain Salaries. At no time will the Borrower, nor will it permit any Subsidiary to, pay, directly or indirectly, any salary, bonus, or other cash compensation to any person who, as of the date hereof, is (i) the chairman of the Borrower's board of directors, (ii) the Borrower's president and chief executive officer, or (iii) the Borrower's executive vice president for finance and administration, if such payment or payments would exceed, in the aggregate, 110% of the aggregate amount of salary, bonus and other cash compensation paid to such person in the immediately preceding Fiscal Year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for each Fiscal Year after the 1998 Fiscal Year, the Borrower may compensate the persons described in this Section 2.14 in accordance with the bonus plan previously delivered to the Creditor Parties.
Certain Salaries. The names and salary rates as of the date of this Agreement of all officers and employees of the Company as of the date of this Agreement whose regular annual base salary rate as of the date of this Agreement is $125,000 (or the equivalent in foreign currency) or more, together with any bonuses paid or payable to such persons for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1998, or since that date, and, to the extent existing on the date of this Agreement, all arrangements with respect to any bonuses to be paid to such employees from and after the date of this Agreement;
Certain Salaries. The names and salary rates of all present officers and employees of GSE whose current regular annual salary rate is $100,000 or more, except for such officers and employees, whose compensation is not disclosable pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Exchange Act but whose names and salary rates have otherwise been disclosed to Parent, together with any bonuses paid or estimated bonuses payable to such persons for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2003, and, to the extent existing on the date of this Agreement, all arrangements with respect to any bonuses to be paid to them from and after the date of this Agreement;
Certain Salaries. The names and salary rates of all present officers and employees of TAVA whose current regular annual salary rate is $100,000 or more, together with any bonuses paid or payable to such persons for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1998, or since that date, and, to the extent existing on the date of this Agreement, all arrangements with respect to any bonuses to be paid to them from and after the date of this Agreement;
Certain Salaries. The names and salary rates of all present officers and employees of AIX whose current regular annual salary rate is $50,000 or more, together with any bonuses paid or payable to such persons for the fiscal year ended September 30, 1996, or since that date, and, to the extent existing on the date of this Agreement, all arrangements with respect to any bonuses to be paid to them from and after the date of this Agreement;
Certain Salaries. The names and salary rates of all present employees of Xxxxxxxx, and, to the extent existing on the date of this Agreement, all arrangements with respect to any bonuses to be paid to them from and after the date of this Agreement;
Certain Salaries. Pay or permit any Subsidiary to pay, directly or indirectly, any salary, bonus, or other cash compensation to any person who, as of the date hereof, is (i) the chairman of Borrower's board of directors, (ii) Borrower's president and chief executive officer, or (iii) Borrower's executive vice president for finance and administration, if such payment or payments would exceed, in the aggregate, 110% of the aggregate amount of salary, bonus and other cash compensation paid to such person in the 1996 Fiscal Year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for each Fiscal Year after the 1998 Fiscal Year, Borrower may compensate the persons described in this subsection 7.17 in accordance with the bonus plan previously delivered to Collateral Agent and Administrative Agent.
Certain Salaries. The names and salary rates of all present employees of HCLS, and, to the extent existing on the date of this Agreement, all arrangements with respect to any bonuses to be paid to them from and after the date of this Agreement;
Certain Salaries. The names and salary rates of all present employees of Recyc who have salaries in excess of $25,000, and all arrangements with respect to any bonuses to be paid to them from and after the date of this Agreement;
