Certificate of Commencement. Under the Independent Tester Contract, the Parties will procure that the Independent Tester will, when he is satisfied that completion has occurred in accordance with this Project Agreement, issue a Certificate of Commencement stating that the Project Facility has been completed accordance with the Project Agreement and that the Services can commence on the Service Commencement Date.
Certificate of Commencement. When the Independent Tester has issued the Certificate of Practical Completion [and the Authority has received the warranties referred to in Clause 14.1(d) (Appointment of D&C Co. and Professional Team)], PPP Co. will be entitled to issue the Certificate of Commencement which will state the Certification Date.
Certificate of Commencement. Within ten (10) days following the date the Initial Delivery Areas (as defined below) of the Premises have been Delivered to Subtenant, the parties shall execute a certificate in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B certifying as to the Sublease Commencement Date and the Initial Delivery Date, which are one and the same. Within ten (10) days following the date the remainder of the Premises (other than the Select Areas) has been Delivered to Subtenant, the parties shall execute a certificate in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C certifying as to the Full Delivery Date and the Sublease Expiration Date. Additionally, within ten (10) days following the Delivery of each portion of the Lab Areas and the Select Areas, as the case may be, to the Subtenant, the parties shall execute a certificate in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D certifying as to the date of the respective Deliveries. All such certificates shall be dated by the parties and shall be attached to and form a part of this Sublease.
Certificate of Commencement. The Principal must issue a certificate in duplicate promptly on becoming aware that all the conditions precedent in clause 3.1 have been satisfied or waived. The certificate must also specify the Services Commencement Date. The Principal must deliver a copy of the certificate of services commencement to the Contractor as soon as practicable after the Services Commencement Date.
Certificate of Commencement. It is the document signed between ENEL and the Supplier, which records the date from which the execution of the activities covered in the Contract begins. Certificate of Inspection of the works and services: Record in which defects found in a completed work or service are recorded and the deadline by which they must be rectified by the Supplier.
Certificate of Commencement. 7.1 As soon as is appropriate following completion of the Bill, the Government shall issue the Certificate of Commencement which shall:
7.1.1 state the Concession Commencement Date which shall not be earlier than 14 days after the date of issue of the Certificate of Commencement nor later than [DATE];
7.1.2 confirm that all relevant powers have been secured to enable the Government to give Vacant Possession of the Site and Adjacent Areas;
7.1.3 confirm that Rights of Way have been secured to a sufficient degree or extent to enable Operations to commence and continue in accordance with the Works Programme without disruption;
7.1.4 confirm that such orders and regulations have been made as will permit the Concessionaire to collect Tolls and to operate the Existing Crossing as a highway in an effective manner and to regulate the Users so as to maintain proper usage.
7.2 At the end of each month following the execution of this Concession Agreement, the Government‟s Representative shall notify the Concessionaire as to progress of the Bill with an estimate of when it is likely to become law.
7.3 In the event that there shall be an issue outstanding under Clause 6.3.1 or 6.3.2 (Effect of the Bill etc either at the time of issue of the Certificate of Commencement or prior to the Concession Commencement Date stated therein, then the Concession Commencement Date shall be deferred until such time, if any, that It is established that a proposal exists which satisfies the Primary Test or the Secondary Test as the case may be. Provided that if there shall have been an unresolved reference to the Disputes Resolution Procedure of an issue under Clause 6.3.1 or 6.3.2, then notwithstanding that the Concession Commencement Date will actually be after [DATE] the requirement that the Concession Commencement Date will be not later than [DATE] shall be deemed to have been met provided further that the Concessionaire shall in any event be entitled to give written notice to the Government terminating the right to the Concession under Clause 2.6 if the said reference remains unresolved on [DATE].
7.4 For the purposes of Clause 7.3, a reference to the Disputes Resolution Procedure shall be “unresolved” If neither a unanimous decision of the Panel nor an arbitral award has been made In relation to such reference.

Certificate of Commencement. Within fifteen (15) days after the Commencement Date, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a Certificate of Commencement in the form of Exhibit "E".
Certificate of Commencement. The State must issue a certificate of commencement in duplicate promptly on becoming aware that all the conditions precedent in clause 3.1 have been satisfied or waived. The certificate must specify as the Commencement Date the date on which the last of the conditions precedent is satisfied or waived. The State must deliver a copy of the certificate of commencement to the Contractor as soon as practicable after the Commencement Date.
Certificate of Commencement. (a) The Contractor must give notice to the State by no later than the Commencement Conditions Notice Date that all Commencement Conditions have been satisfied.
(b) Within 10 Business Days of its receipt of the notice referred to in clause 3.11(a), the State must notify the Contractor whether or not it agrees that all Commencement Conditions have been satisfied and:
(i) if the State agrees:
(A) handover the control of the Prison to the Contractor and deliver to the Contractor the required keys, security access cards and other devices associated with security and movement throughout the Prison; and
(B) commence planning for Prisoners to be transferred and accommodated at the Prison, by no later than 17 November 2016, or
(ii) if the State does not agree, specify the reasons why it does not agree and the Contractor must address such reasons and the State must notify the Contractor when it considers that the Commencement Conditions have been satisfied.
(c) The Parties acknowledge that, subject to clause 3.15, the State requires a period of 20 Business Days from the Commencement Conditions Notice Date to plan for Prisoners to be transferred and accommodated at the Prison (the State Planning Period).
