9.3.4 The ultimate parent corporation for the Contractor and its affiliates makes all required disclosures in its Annual Reports on Form 10-K and Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, which are updated in Reports on Form 8-K, all of which are filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Those Reports include disclosures of material litigation, investigations and other matters as required by federal law and are publicly available (“Proceeding”).
