Notice to the Director. When 703 Xxxxxxx makes a Payment to the County under Section 4, 703 Xxxxxxx shall provide a written notice to the Director that includes all of the following for the Operating Year, or portion thereof, for which the Payment is made: (i) the percentage of the Facility’s workforce that resides within Richmond, Richmond and North Richmond, and west Contra Costa County; (ii) the local vendors from which 703 Xxxxxxx purchases materials and supplies; and

Notice to the Director. Human Resources, and the employee of any extension and the reasons therefore. VCPPOA shall be given the same fourteen (14) calendar day notice of extension (only). Where the County is considering the extension of an employee's probationary period, such employee shall be informed of his right to representation at a meeting to discuss the extension of the probation period. Upon the request of the employee, the County shall consult on such extension with the employee and VCPPOA provided, however, the decision of the Probation Agency to extend the probationary period of any Corrections Services Officer (CSO) or any Deputy Probation Officer (DPO) shall be neither grievable/appealable nor arbitrable under either Article 30 or 31 of this Agreement.

Notice to the Director. When Embarc makes a Payment to the County under Section 4, Embarc shall provide a written notice to the Director that includes all of the following for the Operating Year, or portion thereof, for which the Payment is made: (i) the percentage of the Dispensary’s workforce that resides within the Local Communities; and (ii) the local vendors from which Embarc purchased services during the Operating Year. The requirements of this Section 5(c) shall survive the termination, expiration, or assignment of this Agreement.
