Changes in Employee Information. (a) The Company shall forward all pertinent information regarding rehired, transferred, or new employees, within fifteen (15) days of the employment starting date. Notification will be made on Advice of Change notice with the proper application cards attached.

Changes in Employee Information. Employees (including laid off employees) must notify the Employer’s Human Resources Department promptly in writing of any changes in their respective home addresses or telephone numbers in the Hotel’s prescribed form. If an employee fails to so notify the Employer’s Human Resources Department, the Employer will not be responsible for the failure of any notice to reach an employee and any such notice that is given or indicated in the employee’s personnel file will conclusively be deemed to have been received by the employee or laid off employee.
