Changes in Job Descriptions. Where, during the term of this Agreement the Union or incumbent employee believe that (i) an existing position has been inappropriately described or incorrectly valued; or (ii) a new position has been inappropriately described or incorrectly valued; such matter shall be the subject of discussions between the parties, and failing agreement within sixty (60) calendar days, the Union may resolve any dispute relating to classification by referring the matter to Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure.
