Evaluation Orientation. During the first two (2) weeks of employment, the designated administrator shall orient all certified staff under his/her supervision as to the evaluation procedures and shall advise the certified staff as to those administrators who are qualified and may observe and evaluate this performance.

Evaluation Orientation. The building principal or immediate supervisor shall conduct an orientation to fully inform each employee under his/her supervision regarding the evaluation procedures, standards, and instruments to be used. If there are any changes in the evaluation procedures, standards, or instruments, the employee shall be notified.
Evaluation Orientation. The building administrator or supervisor shall conduct an evaluation orientation, in person if possible, to discuss the evaluation process, timeline, and expectations. The orientation should occur no later than October 15th of a school year for bargaining unit members employed at the beginning of the school term, or as soon as possible but within 30 work days from the start date in their position for bargaining unit members employed after the beginning of the school term.

  • Orientation The Employer shall provide planned and paid Orientation Programs of such content and duration as it deems appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Employer and the Nurses involved. Workers being dispatched to an Employer must have obtained certification in PART 1 and PART 2. As a condition of employment each Employee must maintain certification in Part 1 and Part 2. Foremen must obtain certification in either the CODC Better SuperVision course or the UA Foremen course (including completion of the classroom component, Leadership for Safety Excellence and the on-the-job course field evaluation report). This course is to be completed within the first year of being promoted to the xxxxxxx position. Employees shall not be on the payroll or paid while receiving this training. The Employer will not be required to pay for either course. Employees shall not be on the payroll or paid while receiving PART 1 & 2 training. All other costs for registration, certification or any other costs related to the training and certification in the CODC Interactive Rights and Responsibilities course, the XXXX course or equivalent shall be paid for by the Union or by the Educational Trust Fund. The Employer or Owner shall provide to each Employee before commencing work with PART 3 - Employer or Owner Project Specific Training. Each Employee shall be on the payroll and paid while receiving PART 3 training. The CODC Harassment Policy and Procedures, including the provisions regarding General Harassment and as amended from time to time shall be the minimum standard of this agreement.

  • New Hire Orientation The Union’s Business Representative or designee shall be given the opportunity to make a membership presentation at the employer’s regularly scheduled new employee orientation sessions.

  • EVALUATION OF TEACHERS 1. All reports on the work of a teacher shall be in writing.

  • Evaluation of Contractor Performance of the Contractor under this Agreement will be evaluated. The evaluation shall be prepared on Contract/Contractor Evaluation Sheet (STD 4), and maintained in the Agreement file. For consultant agreements, a copy of the evaluation will be sent to the Department of General Services, Office of Legal Services, if it is negative and over $5,000.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.
