Changing Classrooms. In the event that a teacher is required to change classrooms, the timeline for notification by the District to the employee shall not extend beyond the last day of school. The affected teacher shall receive an additional three (3) full days of pay at the regular hourly rate. If the change occurs during the school year the affected teach shall have three (3) release days allotted for the move. In all cases, the teacher will be given a reasonable opportunity to participate in organizing the move. The above timeline may be extended by the District beyond the last day of school in the case of an unforeseeable emergency. In this case the affected teacher will receive a total of eight (8) days of pay at the regular hourly rate.

Changing Classrooms. When a teacher is either voluntarily or involuntarily reassigned, and it requires the packing of personal materials and a classroom change during non contracted days, the teacher shall be compensated at the rate of $300.00 total. This option is voluntary for the unit member, if they decline, it is the District’s responsibility to pack and move such materials.
Changing Classrooms. A reasonable attempt shall be made to notify a teacher if a move to a different classroom is needed.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES Where there is a particular specialized job class in which the pay rate is below the local market value assessment of that job class, the parties may use existing means under the collective agreement to adjust compensation for that job class.

  • Classroom Visitation To provide patrons of the District the opportunity to visit classrooms with the least interruption to the teaching process, the following guidelines are set forth: A. All visitors to a school and/or classroom shall obtain the approval of the principal, and if the visit is to a classroom, the time will be arranged after the principal or his designee has conferred with the employee, if possible. B. Whenever possible, the employee shall be afforded the opportunity to confer with the classroom visitor before and/or after the visitation. C. This provision does not apply to administrators and Board of Directors members.

  • Principal Balance Each Receivable had a remaining Principal Balance as of the Cutoff Date of not less than $500.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Senior Certificates Class 1-A-1, Class 1-A-2, Class 1-A-3, Class 1-A-4, Class 1-A-5, Class 1-A-6, Class 1-A-7, Class 1-A-8, Class 1-A-9, Class 1-A-10, Class 1-A-11, Class 1-A-12, Class 1-A-13, Class 1-A-14, Class 1-A-15, Class 1-A-16, Class 1-A-17, Class 1-A-18, Class 1-A-19, Class 1-A-20, Class 1-A-21, Class 1-A-22, Class 1-A-R, Class 1-A-MR and Class 1-A-LR Certificates.

  • Original Class B Principal Balance The Original Class B Principal Balance is $12,006,549.92.

  • Percentage Interest Ownership of the Company shall be divided into, represented by, and each Member’s Percentage Interest shall be expressed in Units of the Company. The name, address, Units and Percentage Interest of each Member are set forth on Exhibit “A” attached hereto, which may be amended from time to time as necessary to reflect changes in the Percentage Interests and Units held by the Members.

  • Seniority Roster The District shall maintain an updated seniority roster, indicating employee's class seniority and hire date seniority. Such rosters shall be available to CSEA.

  • Seniority Retention Laid off employees shall retain their seniority accumulated up to the time of layoff as follows: (a) If laid off after three (3) months’ continuous employment – up to three (3) months; or (b) If laid off after twelve (12) or more months’ continuous employment – up to one (1) year.
