Charging of Absence Time. The charging of absence time for purposes of holidays for a full-time employee shall be treated as if the employee worked the same number of hours each workday. The charging of absence time for a part-time employee will be in accordance with his/her established work schedule. A paid holiday occurring during an employee's scheduled vacation or authorized sick leave will not be charged to accrued leave.
