CHAUFFEUR'S LICENSE. The board will reimburse all drivers for the cost of obtaining a chauffeur's license after the driver submits a request for reimbursement to the office.
CHAUFFEUR'S LICENSE. 91.1 Chauffeurs License with a Class B endorsement shall be required for members of the bargaining unit who are bus drivers. Under new federal laws as this license becomes invalid, the driver must have a new CDL with Class B, S-endorsement, and P endorsement with air brakes in order to be a bus driver.

Starting in the 2006-07 school year, all new drivers are responsible for 50% of his/her chauffeur’s license fee and any other required driving endorsements that are required to transport students for Xxxx-Xxxxx Area Schools. CHAUFFEUR'S LICENSE. All Bargaining Unit employees who are required by the Employer to have a chauffeur's license due to the nature of their job, after the signing of this Agreement, will be reimbursed for the cost of the license if they do not have a chauffeur's license. When an employee is required to renew her chauffeur's license, the employee will be reimbursed by the Employer for the difference in cost (if any) between a standard license and a chauffeur's license.
CHAUFFEUR'S LICENSE. Bus Drivers shall obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) as issued and approved by the State of Michigan before they shall be allowed to operate a school bus. The cost of this license shall be paid by the Board.
