Checks Covered by Service. This Service applies to checks that are presented for payment to us through normal interbank clearings. It does not cover items that are presented in any other manner (e.g., “on-us items,” items presented at a teller window, through an ATM, or by mail).

Checks Covered by Service. This Service applies to presented checks that are presented for payment to us through normal interbank clearings. It is not designed to compare Customer’s Positive Pay File against items that are presented in any other manner (e.g., at a teller window, through an automated teller machine, or by mail). At the Bank’s sole discretion, it may attempt to compare Customer’s Positive Pay File with such items; however, the Bank will not be liable for any failure or refusal to do so. The Bank assumes no duty to compare under paragraph 29.a.i., or otherwise to identify and/or return, checks not able to be processed on an automated basis, duplicate checks, checks with duplicate serial numbers, misencoded items, or checks lacking an encoded serial number. We may pay stale- dated and post-dated checks unless Customer submits timely a stop payment order or notice of post dating for such items.
Checks Covered by Service. This Service applies to Checks that are presented for payment to Bank through normal inter-bank clearings. It is not designed to compare Client’s list of issued Checks against Checks that are presented in any other manner (e.g. at a teller window, through an automated teller machine, or by mail). At Bank’s sole discretion, Bank may attempt to compare Client’s list with such Checks, however, Bank will not be liable for failure or refusal to do so.
Checks Covered by Service. This Service applies to checks that are presented for payment through normal interbank clearing and posted to your account each night. It is not designed to compare your list of issued checks against ACH items or items that have been converted to automated clearinghouse transactions (i.e. RCK, POP, BOC etc.). The Service does not apply to items that have already been presented or finally paid before the effective date of any listing. We will not be obligated to verify signatures on any checks that match the information you provide or that you fail to reject. You understand and agree that we may compare your information on approved checks with information that is encoded on the items presented to us for payment. We will not be required to physically examine matching checks to confirm that they are properly signed, completed and encoded. You agree that we may rely on the process described above and that it will be deemed an acceptable standard of care for this Service and your account. You understand that the Service may not identify counterfeit or duplicate checks which contain the same check serial number and amount as the items described in your Check Issue File. As such, you agree to review promptly all statements, returned checks, reports and other check and transaction information that we make available to you.
Checks Covered by Service. The Positive Pay Service applies only to checks issued by the Company from the Eligible Accounts specifically designated for the Positive Pay service. The Company must provide, and keep up to date, a list (Issued File) of checks issued by the Company on the Positive Pay System, including the check number, issue date and the exact amount. Checks presented prior to being uploaded into the Positive Pay System will be treated as Exception Items if presented for payment before they are posted on the Positive Pay System. * See Item 10 - Violations

  • Part-Time Faculty ‌ Part-time Faculty, and those in eligible positions funded from Other Personal Services funds, are entitled to employer-funded benefits, in accordance with State law, the rules of the Department of Management Services and the Division of Retirement, and University rules and policies. Part-time Faculty should contact the Human Resources Office to determine the nature and extent of the benefits for which they are eligible.

  • Overtime for Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than her regular working day, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the working day of a full-time employee.

  • PROGRAMS COVERED 4.1 The State's threshold and its major Federal assistance programs shall be determined based on State Single Audit Report for fiscal year ending 06/30/2020. All major Federal assistance programs shall be covered by this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in section 4.4 of this Agreement.

  • Class Coverage Teachers, including but not limited to classroom teachers, special area teachers, and clinicians, shall not be required to take another teacher’s classes except in an emergency.   • ’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage The Grantee shall provide workers’ compensation, in accordance with Chapter 440, F.S. and employer liability coverage with minimum limits of $100,000 per accident, $100,000 per person, and $500,000 policy aggregate. Such policies shall cover all employees engaged in any work under the Grant.

  • SERVICES COVERED 63.1 To the extent required by Applicable Law and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CLEC will interconnect its network with CenturyLink’s network for the transmission, routing and termination of Local Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic, IntraLATA LEC Toll Traffic, Local and Toll VoIP- PSTN Traffic, Transit Traffic and Jointly Provided Switched Access Service Traffic. This Agreement is intended only for traffic consisting of wireline to wireline communications, not for Mobile Wireless Service traffic, and neither Party will route Mobile Wireless Service traffic to the other Party (other than Transit Traffic) without first executing a separate written agreement to govern such traffic.
