Choice of Health Plans. Employees in this bargaining unit shall have a choice of enrolling themselves and their eligible dependents in any of the City sponsored medical, dental and vision plans. Each plan shall offer an Employee only, Employee plus One and Employee plus two or more dependents coverage. The City shall offer two or more medical plans to regular employees.

Choice of Health Plans. The DOE agrees to arrange for, and make available to each supervisor, a choice of health and hospital insurance coverage from among designated plans and the DOE agrees to pay the full cost of such coverage. The DOE, the CSA and the City of New York (the "City") continue to discuss the basic health program covering employees represented by the CSA and employees separated from service. Any program-wide changes to the existing basic health coverage made either by the DOE and CSA or city-wide, by the Municipal Labor Committee and the City, will be expressly incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.

The parties acknowledge that collective bargaining regarding health benefits is within the purview of negotiations between the Municipal Labor Committee and the City. Cost- containment initiatives and program modifications in the City Health Benefits Program shall be discussed with the Municipal Labor Committee.

Inspectors in a regularly scheduled, but less than half-time position are not eligible for health insurance or welfare fund benefits.   • Employee Health and Safety A. When the University requires an employee to use or wear health or safety equipment, such equipment will be provided by the University.

  • Section 125 Plan The Trustees shall continue the Section 125 plan to allow pretax treatment of the employee’s share of health and dental insurance premiums. The plan will be available as soon as practicable, but no later July 1, 1998. The plan will be amended to include a medical reimbursement account and a dependent care reimbursement account to be available for enrollment no earlier than July 1, 2003, but no later than December 31, 2003.

  • Health Plans The health plans offered and benefits provided by those plans shall be those approved by the City's JLMBC and administered by the Personnel Department in accordance with LAAC Section 4.

  • HEALTH CARE PLANS ‌ Notwithstanding the references to the Pacific Blue Cross Plans in this article, the parties agree that Employers, who are not currently providing benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans may continue to provide the benefits through another carrier providing that the overall level of benefits is comparable to the level of benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans.

  • Retiree Health Insurance Retired members of the Department receiving, or to receive City of Lincoln monthly pension checks, may participate in the group comprehensive health care plan for active City employees, provided that each retiree so desiring will execute the required forms in a timely fashion, and further provided that each retiree will be required to pay the full monthly cost at the current rates subject to any rate increases which may occur from time to time. Such payment will be made by payroll deduction from pension checks, or by direct payment in the case of an early retiree.

  • Ontario Health Insurance Plan The parties recognize that the method of funding OHIP has been changed from an individually paid premium to a system funded by an employer paid payroll tax. If the government, at any time in the future, reverts to an individually paid premium for health insurance, the parties agree that the Colleges will resume paying 100% of the billed premium for employees.

  • Retiree Health Benefits 1. There is currently in effect a retiree health benefit program for retired members of LACERS under LAAC Division 4, Chapter 11. All covered employees who are members of LACERS, regardless of retirement tier, shall contribute to LACERS four percent (4%) of their pre-tax compensation earnable toward vested retiree health benefits as provided by this program. The retiree health benefit available under this program is a vested benefit for all covered employees who make this contribution, including employees enrolled in LACERS Tier 3.

  • EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE 233. Pursuant to the Charter, the City contributes whatever rate is applicable per month directly into the City Health Service System for each employee who is a member of the Health Service System. Subsequent City contributions will be set pursuant to the Charter.

  • 125 Plan The Board will maintain a Section 125 plan for premiums only in addition to a flexible account that includes eligible medical expenses and dependent care expenses with participating employees paying whatever the administrative charge is to run the 125 Plan.

  • Health and Welfare Plans (a) A copy of the master contracts with the carriers for the extended health care, dental and group life plans shall be sent to the President of the Union.
