Christian Labour Association of Canada Health Fund. The Employer agrees to pay the hourly Health Fund contributions specified in Schedule A for each employee covered under this Agreement. For new employees specifically, the Employer shall begin to remit contributions to the Union based on hours worked in the fourth (4th) month of employment. Enrolment of employees for coverage in the Health Fund shall commence once sufficient contributions have been received. Health Fund contributions shall be used by the Union to pay for the costs of Health Fund coverage for each employee. The Health Fund, maintained, administered and supervised by a Board of Trustees, provides the following benefits:
