Christmas Period. (a) As per Article K-1 (e) (ii) the Hospital will endeavour to schedule five (5) consecutive days off during the Christmas and New Years period. The Hospital will allow the nurse to utilize holiday bank for income replacement during the Christmas/New Years period.
