City Insurance. (a) The City is responsible for its own insurance for liability and personal property. (b) The City, at its own expense, at all times during the term of this Agreement, will maintain, keep in effect, furnish, and deliver to the School District liability insurance policies in form and with an insurer satisfactory to the School District, insuring both the School District and the City against all liability for damages to person or property in or about said Leased Spaces. The amount of said liability insurance shall not be less than $500,000 for bodily injury or property damage to any one (1) person and $1,500,000 for total injuries or damages arising from any one (1) occurrence.
City Insurance. City will maintain all risk property insurance for the full replacement value of the its wastewater facilities, including coverage for flood and losses resulting from certified and non-certified acts of terrorism.
City Insurance. The City will obtain comprehensive general liability insurance including legal and employer’s liability and contractual liability to cover the responsibilities assumed under this Agreement, so long as such insurance coverage is available to the City on commercially reasonable terms and containing the following terms and conditions: (a) Providing for the minimum combined single limit of not less than $15,000,000 or such other amount as the Region may reasonably require for each occurrence or accident; (b) Providing coverage for damage because of bodily injury (including death at any time resulting therefrom) sustained by any person or persons or because of injury to or destruction of property caused by any occurrence or accident arising out of any activities in connection with the Facilities or its operation; (c) The policy will name the Region as an additional insured with a cross liability clause and, if required, extend to cover the employees of the insureds. The policy will contain a clause providing that the inclusion of more than one insured will not in any way affect the rights of any insured as respects to any claim, demand, suit or judgement made against any other insured; Coverage will be with reputable insurers and upon terms and in amounts, as to deductibles and otherwise, satisfactory to the Region acting reasonably from time to time. The cost of premiums and deductibles for each and every such policy will be paid by the City. The City will obtain from the insurers under such policies, undertakings to notify the Region in writing at least thirty
City Insurance. In addition, City shall provide and maintain adequate general liability insurance, naming Developer, its successors and assigns as an additional insured thereon, to cover liabilities that arise in connection with the City’s maintenance and other responsibility for the Public parking Facility.
City Insurance. The City shall obtain and keep in force during the term of the lease a policy or policies of insurance, or have evidence of coverage through a self-insured risk pool, covering loss or damage to the building and Lessee improvements and betterments which constitute a permanent fixture to the building. The policy will provide protection against perils included within the classification of fire, extended coverage endorsement (riot, explosion, damage by vehicle, civil commotion, smoke, hail, damage by aircraft and windstorm), vandalism, malicious mischief and sprinkler leakage. Said insurance shall provide for the payment for loss thereunder to the City. This insurance policy does not cover the personal premises of the Lessee and it is the Lessee's own responsibility to provide insurance coverage for the premises.

City Insurance. In connection with the Emergency Services to be provided by the City to the Fire District and the Redlands Subdistrict, the City shall procure and maintain, at its sole expense, the insurance policies described below. All such insurance policies will name the Fire District and the Redlands Subdistrict as additional insureds; however, the City shall be solely responsible for any deductible losses under such insurance policies. The Fire District and Redlands Subdistrict acknowledge and agree that the City is self-insured and is a member of the Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency (CIRSA) and that those coverages meet the requirements set forth in subsections 4(a) through 4(d) below. a. General liability insurance with policy limits not less than the monetary limits of liability established by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000, et seq.; b. Comprehensive automobile casualty and liability insurance covering all City owned or hired vehicles used in providing the Emergency Services in an amount not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage, and comprehensive casualty insurance covering all City owned or leased equipment used in providing the Emergency Services; c. Comprehensive casualty and liability insurance covering the Redlands Subdistrict Fire Station 5 in amounts equivalent to the casualty and liability insurance coverage maintained by the City for its other fire stations; and d. Comprehensive professional liability and workers' compensation insurance in such amounts as the City determines appropriate for its business needs.
City Insurance. CITY, at its sole cost and expense and for the full term of this Agreement shall obtain and maintain at least all the following minimum insurance requirements. All or a portion of the required insurance may be satisfied using a self- insurance program or pooled insurance, if any. The CITY must provide an affidavit of self-insurance, or pooled insurance if any.
