CITY ISSUED UNIFORMS. The CITY shall supply uniforms, at the CITY’s expense, for all employees in the following classification series: Bus Drivers Equipment Mechanics Equipment Operators Maintenance Workers (including Building/Grounds and Streets) Waste Water Collection System Workers The CITY shall provide a minimum of eleven (11) shirts, eleven (11) pants, one (1) jacket, raingear, a safety vest, safety gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection. The CITY shall pay for the cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of these uniforms and apparel. Employees are required to launder and/or service these uniforms through the CITY’s vendor. Employees have the option to purchase City uniforms, at their own cost, through the City’s approved vendor(s). Employees will be required to reimburse the CITY for such optional uniform purchases.

CITY ISSUED UNIFORMS. Those employees in job classes identified in Appendix F, will be provided City-issued uniforms to enhance safety, identify to the public that the employee is a City worker, and present a positive image to the public. Employees shall wear uniforms in an acceptable manner at all times. Uniform apparel issued by the City, shall remain the property of the City, and may not be worn off duty. Replacement costs will be deducted from employee pay in the event the employee damages or destroys City-issued uniform apparel through negligence or abuse. All City-issued uniform wearing apparel shall be returned to the City upon the employee’s termination of employment; failure to do so will result in deducting the replacement costs from the employee’s final pay or other means. Footwear and other non-uniform items are excluded from this requirement.

  • State Facilities If the State makes space available to the Party in any State facility during the term of this Agreement for purposes of the Party’s performance under this Agreement, the Party shall only use the space in accordance with all policies and procedures governing access to and use of State facilities which shall be made available upon request.
