Common use of City Recognition Clause in Contracts

City Recognition. The City Manager, or any person or organization duly authorized by the City Council, is the representative of the City of Brentwood, hereinafter referred to as the “City” in employer-employee relations as provided in Council/Administrative Policy No. 20- 17, Employer-Employee Relations Resolution adopted by the City Council on April 12, 2005, revised February 28, 2012.
