City’s Right to Inspect. Franchisee agrees to allow City to inspect all equipment used in Franchisee’s efforts under this Agreement, any materials collected by Franchisee under this Agreement, and the disposal site(s), upon reasonable notice to Franchisee. Inspections shall take place during regular business hours and City shall notify Franchisee in writing of said inspection at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to inspection.

City’s Right to Inspect. For purposes of assuring compliance with this Agreement and to inspect and verify completion of the Project described herein, including the Eligible Public Improvements, representatives of the City shall have the right to enter the Site without charges or fees during normal construction hours during the period of construction. Upon completion of each construction element approved as a part of the Eligible Public Improvements in the Construction Drawings, the Developer shall notify the City of such completion. The City, including such third party representatives or consultants as it may desire, shall inspect the Eligible Public Improvements within ten (10) Business Days after such notice to determine whether it has been satisfactorily completed and is acceptable to the City.
City’s Right to Inspect. The City is hereby granted the right to enter upon and inspect, analyze and test the Sale Property for all reasonable purposes, including conducting soil tests; provided, that the Developer is given at least 24 hours’ prior written notice. The City shall pay for the cost of all investigations of the Sale Property which are ordered by City for purposes of conducting its own investigations of the Sale Property.
City’s Right to Inspect. City shall have the right to enter upon the Line or any other property owned or leased by the City and make inspections to determine compliance with the terms of this Agreement, provided that City shall indemnify BJRY for any acts or omissions of City during such inspection that result in Losses as defined in Section 14. In no event shall City be obligated to make any such inspections, and City shall not be liable for any failure to make any inspections.
City’s Right to Inspect. The City shall have the right to inspect the Franchisee’s equipment, vehicles, and containers at all times. The Franchisee shall allow the City’s representatives to enter the Franchisee’s property for the purpose of conducting such inspections. The City’s representatives shall provide appropriate identification, and shall comply with the Franchisee’s normal procedures for the protection of health and safety, when conducting inspections on the Franchisee’s property. The City shall provide reasonable advance notice before conducting an inspection on the Franchisee’s property, and shall conduct such inspection during the Franchisee’s normal business hours, unless the City is responding to an emergency or other situation that poses a threat to public health or safety.
City’s Right to Inspect. The City, through DPW, shall have the right to monitor and inspect all construction activities of each of the BRTs, including in particular the City Infrastructure (as defined in Section 4(c)(i)).
City’s Right to Inspect. City may make unannounced inspections at any and all times during work hours to determine if Contractor’s services comply with the terms of this Agreement. Any adverse findings shall be reported to Contractor for correction. Inspections shall be documented and corrections completed within 48 hours of Contractor’s receipt of corrections. Repeated adverse findings may be deemed a material breach by City.

City’s Right to Inspect. Tenant agrees that City may inspect the Premises at any reasonable time with respect to fire prevention and to determine the use for which the Premises are being utilized. For this purpose, Tenant agrees to furnish to the Airport Manager of Provo Municipal Airport upon request, all necessary keys to gain entrance to Tenant's hangar facilities on the leased premises, and, upon notice from City, to correct any condition which constitutes a fire or health hazard or an unauthorized use of the Premises.
City’s Right to Inspect. The City reserves the right to inspect the Site at any time to ensure compliance with the terms of this agreement, any Federal or Provincial legislation, or municipal by-laws.
