CLASS CHARACTERISTICS. (1) The current Funds of the Trust are the U.S. Small Capitalization Series, the International Small Capitalization Series, the Japan Series, the Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Market Neutral Fund and the Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Double Alpha Market Fund. Institutional, Adviser, Select and Investor shares of a Fund represent interests in the assets of such Fund and have identical dividend and liquidation rights. The classes differ materially only with respect to (i) the level of shareholder service fee ("SERVICE FEE"), if any, borne by each class, and (ii) the level of distribution fee ("DISTRIBUTION FEE"), if any, borne by each class. Service Fees are paid for services rendered and expenses borne in connection with personal services rendered to shareholders of a class and the maintenance of shareholder accounts. Service Fees are paid pursuant to Servicing Agreement(s) between the Trust and appropriate shareholder servicing agent(s) and under related plans (each a "SERVICE PLAN") for applicable classes. Distribution Fees are paid in connection with services and expenses primarily intended to result in the sale of shares pursuant to a Distributor's Contract between the Trust and Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Funds Distributor, Inc., the Funds' distributor (the "DISTRIBUTOR"), and under a separate plan (each a "DISTRIBUTION PLAN") for each applicable class adopted by the Trust pursuant to Rule 12b-1 under the 0000 Xxx.

CLASS CHARACTERISTICS. The General Manager serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the District, accountable to the Board of Directors and responsible for enforcement of all District ordinances, policies, and procedures, the conduct of all financial activities and the efficient and economical performance of the District’s operations.
CLASS CHARACTERISTICS. This is a full supervisory classification in which incumbents plan, schedule, coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operation of detention nursing services, and supervise detention nursing staff. Positions are found in either the County Jail or Juvenile Hall. This class is distinguished from the Detention Registered Nurse by its supervisory responsibilities. This class is distinguished from the Chief of Detention Nursing in that the latter is a management level with broader program and supervisory responsibility for all detention nursing activities.
CLASS CHARACTERISTICS. This class has overall management responsibility for all nursing services, and activities, quality assurance and compliance, budget, and staff in assigned clinics and/or jails. This class is distinguished from the Nursing Supervisor, which is a first-level supervisory position, by its broader program and supervisory responsibility for all nursing services, activities and assigned public health nursing, It is further distinguished from the Medical Director, who has broad management authority for coordinating department wide medical services, and scope of clinical responsibilities across several programs including multiple units.
CLASS CHARACTERISTICS. This class is the first-level supervisory classification in the Hand Crew wildland fire suppression series. Incumbents have responsibility for exercising general and technical supervision over lower-level fire suppression staff.
CLASS CHARACTERISTICS. Positions in the class of Battalion Chief primarily work shift assignments in command of a battalion of firefighting companies although incumbents may also perform administrative staff assignments on a regular 40-hour work schedule. This class is distinguished from Senior Fire Captain, which is a station commander in charge of a firefighting company and from Deputy Fire Chief which has non-shift, County wide management responsibilities.

  • Characteristics The Initial Contracts have the following characteristics: (i) all the Contracts are secured by Motorcycles; (ii) no Initial Contract has a remaining maturity of more than 84 months; and (iii) the final scheduled payment on the Initial Contract with the latest maturity is due not later than June 2014. Approximately 77.89% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans for purchases of new Motorcycles and approximately 22.11% is attributable to loans for purchases of used Motorcycles. No Initial Contract was originated after the Initial Cutoff Date. No Initial Contract has a Contract Rate less than 3.989%. The last scheduled payment date of the Contracts (including any Subsequent Contracts) is due not later than September 2014. Approximately 98.98% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans to purchase Motorcycles manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell and approximately 1.02% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans to purchase Motorcycles not manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell.

  • Individual Characteristics Each Receivable has the following individual characteristics as of the Cut-Off Date:

  • Mortgage Loan Characteristics The characteristics of the related Mortgage Loan Package are as set forth on the description of the pool characteristics for the applicable Mortgage Loan Package delivered pursuant to Section 11 on the related Closing Date in the form attached as Exhibit B to each related Assignment and Conveyance Agreement;

  • Characteristics of Receivables As of the Cut-Off Date (or such other date as may be specifically set forth below), each Receivable:

  • The Class 1-A-1, Class 1-A-2 and Class 1-A-3 Certificates.
