Class with Same Salary Range. If the position is reclassified to a class with the same salary range as the previous class, and if the incumbent is appointed to the reclassified position, the salary rate of the employee shall not change. This provision shall also apply to a change of class title, provided there is not a change in the basic duties of the position.

  • Reallocation to a Class with an Equal Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the employee remains in the position and retains existing appointment status.
