Classification/Compensation Review. Requests - Classification and salary grade review requests may be made at any time to the Bureau Commander of Personnel by the Sheriff/designee, or a Bureau Commander. The requestor of the review shall be responsible for providing any pertinent documentation to support the position or salary grade being recommended for change in the request. Requests for reclassification may result in duties being removed from the position to ensure the employee is working within his/her classification. The request shall be submitted in writing to the Department. The Department will notify the Association of requests affecting classifications or the work of classifications covered by this contract. The request should clearly explain what change is requested, the rational for change, a description of any duties not currently in the classification, any pertinent historical information, and other recommendations.

Classification/Compensation Review. The parties agree to meet on a without precedent or prejudice basis within ninety (90) days of ratification of the Collective Agreement to review all bargaining unit job classifications within the Town of Morinville. The intent of this review will be to investigate the duties/requirements/ working conditions and wage rates of each classification and do to a comparable of the factors listed above with similar classifications within the municipal sector and region. No classification will have wages reduced as a result of this review. If during the course of the review classifications are found to be undervalued the parties agree to negotiate a new wage rate for such classifications. Should the review result in any wage increases for any classifications, the employee/s in such classifications shall receive retroactive payments effective the first of the month following such classification change but no later than July 1, 2015. Union committee members shall be permitted to participate in this review, with the Employer committee members during regular working hours and suffer no loss in pay or benefit. Either party may opt out of this process at any time. Should either party opt out of this process, Article 33.02 of the Collective Agreement may be utilized. Signed this day of , 2015. Classification/Compensation Review. ‌ Requests - Classification and salary grade review requests may be made, in writing, by the Association when changes occur in a classification, since the last negotiation period, that may raise a compensation issue for the position. In such circumstance, the process will be followed as prescribed by policy and procedure 8.460 Requests for reclassification may result in duties being removed from the position to ensure the employee is working within their classification. The Department will notify the Association of requests affecting classifications or the work of classifications covered by this Agreement. Authorization for Review - Upon request of the Association, the Bureau Commander/designee of Human Resources will meet with the Association regarding the request. This meeting shall occur within 30 days of the Association’s receipt of the request. After submission of the request, the Deputy Chief of the Professional Standards Division/designee will acknowledge the request with written notification to the requestor and the Association as to whether or not the Department will authorize that a study be undertaken the type of study that will be completed and the expected completion date.

  • CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION The parties hereto agree that the employees covered by this Agreement shall be considered engaged in the type of work and classification as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.

  • Callout Compensation A regular employee who is called back to work outside their regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates. They shall be compensated from the time they leave their home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly to and from work.

  • Provision for Generation Compensation Grid unavailability in a contract year as defined in the PPA: (only period from 8 am to 6 pm to be counted): Generation Loss = [(Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year) × (number of hours of grid unavailability during the Contract Year)] Where, Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year (kWh) = Total generation in the Contract Year (kWh) ÷ Total hours of generation in the Contract Year. The excess generation by the SPD equal to this generation loss shall be procured by the Buying Utility at the PSA tariff so as to offset this loss in the succeeding 3 (three) Contract Years.

  • Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.

  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.

  • Reporting Compensation (a) Reporting time is the time designated or recognized as the start of the daily workshift or weekly work schedule.

  • Executive Compensation Until such time as the Investor ceases to own any debt or equity securities of the Company acquired pursuant to this Agreement or the Warrant, the Company shall take all necessary action to ensure that its Benefit Plans with respect to its Senior Executive Officers comply in all respects with Section 111(b) of the EESA as implemented by any guidance or regulation thereunder that has been issued and is in effect as of the Closing Date, and shall not adopt any new Benefit Plan with respect to its Senior Executive Officers that does not comply therewith. “Senior Executive Officers” means the Company's "senior executive officers" as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of the EESA and regulations issued thereunder, including the rules set forth in 31 C.F.R.   • Intercarrier Compensation Except as specifically described in this Section, the Agreement does not change or amend applicable intercarrier compensation arrangements (including but not limited to Switched Access, Signaling, or Transit charges) between any parties, including between Qwest and Carriers or IXCs.
