Classification of Vice-Principals. As a result of the negotiations for a 1992-94 Collective Agreement, alterations were made to the classifications of vice-principals. It is agreed that incumbent vice principals will retain the classification they had in the 1990-91 Collective Agreement unless they have a change in assignment or there are changes in the school population which would result in a change in classification under the 1990-91 Collective Agreement.   • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGES 1.1 a) Engineers operating: cranes with a manufacturer’s rating of over 164 to 219 tons capacity. Effective May 1, 2013, the wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 220 to 299 tons capacity shall be One Dollar and Twenty-Five Cents ($1.25) per hour above the applicable rate. The wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 300 to 499 tons capacity shall be Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50) per hour above the applicable rate.   • Classification Plan (a) The Employer and the Union recognize the need to maintain the principles of Pay Equity to evaluate jobs in the Public Service bargaining unit. The parties also agree to apply the Public Service Job Evaluation Plan in accordance with those principles to all bargaining unit positions using the gender neutral plan factors and degrees in the Public Service Job Evaluation Plan. The Public Service Job Evaluation Plan will be used to evaluate positions in the Main Agreement and to determine their appropriate factor ratings.

  • CLASSIFICATION AND WAGES 21.01 The Job Classifications and applicable Wage Rates under this agreement are set forth at Appendix “A” (attached).

  • Classification 7.06 Employees who cannot support the Union because of a conscientious objection as determined by the Union’s internal guidelines may apply to the Union in writing.

  • Classification Changes When the University determines that a revision of a class specification for positions covered by this agreement is needed, and such revision affects the collective bargaining unit designation, the University shall notify AFSCME in writing of the proposed change. AFSCME shall notify the University, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the proposed changes, of any comments it has concerning the proposed changes or of its desire to discuss the proposed changes.

  • Classification Structure All employees working under this Agreement shall be classified according to the skill based classification structure set out in Appendix A.

  • CLASSIFICATION OF POSITIONS The University shall classify and/or reclassify all positions in the bargaining unit according to the nature and difficulty of duties assigned to and performed by the employee based on a current and accurate job description and shall assign to each position in the bargaining unit a classification title, number, and salary range. An employee new to his/her position will receive a copy of his/her job description upon hire. The appropriate administrator/supervisor will review the description with the employee. Materials used in determining classifications and reclassifications, such as class specifications and reclassification interpretation manuals, shall be readily available to the Union and employees on request.

  • Classifications 6.1 Each Employee is classified as assessed by the Employer as follows:

  • Demographic, Classification and Wage Information XXXXXX agrees to coordinate the accumulation and distribution of demographic, classification and wage data, as specified in the Letter of Understanding dated December 14, 2011, to CUPE on behalf of Boards of Education. The data currently housed in the Employment Data and Analysis Systems (EDAS) will be the source of the requested information.
