Common use of CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGES Clause in Contracts

CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGES. A schedule of classifications and wages is attached hereto as Appendix “A” and by this reference made a part hereof. It is expressly understood that the sole purpose of this schedule is to fix the rates of pay for employees in the various classifications. Appendix “A” shall have no other effect on the rights of the parties to this Agreement. The Company agrees that employees shall be properly classified in accordance with the work they are performing.
