GENERAL PAY. 2.1.1 Wage increases during the term of this agreement are based on the rate of growth in the total combined dollar amount of the Balanced Revenue Index (BRI) in the General Fund, not to exceed one half (i.e. 50%) of the year-over-year rate of growth. The BRI is comprised of the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx (1%) and any City of Riverside voter approved portion of the Sales Tax, the City’s portion of the Property Tax (general property tax only, excluding local measures), the Transient Occupancy Tax, and the Utility Consumption Tax. Payments will be based on audited financials for each fiscal year.

GENERAL PAY. 2.1.1 The salary ranges for the classifications of the employee-members represented by the Association in the Police Supervisory Unit shall be maintained at status quo for the term of this Agreement.

  • Benefit Coverage The Company agrees to provide pension and welfare benefits as described in the Company Booklets, benefit plan documents or policies of insurance for the duration of the Agreement.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance 37.3 All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Longevity Compensation Longevity payments will be made to all employees hired prior to January 1, 1999 with continuous full-time service according to the following schedule:

  • Contribution Formula - Basic Life Coverage For employee basic life coverage and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, the Employer contributes one-hundred (100) percent of the cost.

  • Special Compensation The Company shall pay to the Executive a lump sum equal to three times the sum of (a) the highest per annum base rate of salary in effect with respect to the Executive during the three-year period immediately prior to the termination of employment plus (b) the Highest Bonus Amount. Such lump sum shall be paid by the Company to the Executive within ten business days after the Executive's termination of employment, unless the provisions of Section 3(e) below apply. The amount of the aggregate lump sum provided by this Section 3(c), whether paid immediately or deferred, shall not be counted as compensation for purposes of any other benefit plan or program applicable to the Executive.

  • Travel Compensation The Contractor shall not be compensated or reimbursed for travel time, travel expenses, meals, or lodging.

  • Workplace Safety Insurance Benefits (WSIB) Top Up Benefits If the employee is in a class of employees that, on August 31, 2012, was entitled to use unused sick leave credits for the purpose of topping up benefits received under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997;

  • Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.

  • Same Sex Benefit Coverage An employee who co-habits with a person of the same sex, and who promotes such person as a "spouse" (partner), and who has done so for a period of not less than twelve (12) months, will be eligible to have the person covered as a spouse for purposes of Medical, Extended Health, and Dental benefits.

  • LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE 27.1 For the purpose of this Clause, a “distant project” is one where the location of the “on-site project work” is such that because of its distance or because of the travelling facilities available to and from the location, it is reasonably necessary for an employee to live and sleep at some place other than his/her usual place of residence.
