Retiree Dental Insurance. All unit employees who during the term of this MOU retiree from the City and qualify as an “annuitant” under Government Code Section 22760, shall be eligible to purchase dental insurance at their own expense.

Retiree Dental Insurance. Employees hired prior to January 1, 2022, who retire from the County may maintain dental insurance at a cost to the retiree of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per month. Employees hired after December 31, 2021, who retire from the County may maintain dental insurance for the employee only at a cost of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per month
Retiree Dental Insurance. Employees who retire from District service and their eligible dependents will be kept on the active dental plan at the same cost as the active employees. Employees hired after April 1, 1984, must have at least ten (10) years of service with the District and be minimum age fifty (50) at retirement in order to receive this retiree dental benefit.
