Subtask 1.4 – Completion Report Sample Clauses

Subtask 1.4 – Completion Report. A certification report will be prepared to document construction of the anaerobic digester liner system and related piping for submittal to the RWQCB. The report will contain the information required to demonstrate compliance with the State and Federal requirements and will include the following:  A description of the project with narrative of the construction process;  Photographic documentation of the construction activities;  The procedures and testing used during construction of the liner components;  A description of the types and actual number of field and laboratory tests performed;  Description of any design changes/modifications;  As-built plans; Solicitation PPWSRFPJK1704 – Engineering Design and CQA Services April 2017 22 P1777870  Copies of daily reports;  Detailed documentation of the CQA testing presented in the report appendices; and  A discussion of design changes and/or clarifications, if any. Our standard procedure is to compile the CQA report during construction. We have found this to be the most cost-effective way to prepare the report and to ensure timely submittal. We will submit two copies of the draft report within 15 working days of completion of the leak location survey and/or submittal of the last contractor as-built drawings, whichever is later. If submittal of the as-built drawings is delayed by the contractor, we will submit the draft report to the County prior to the as-built drawings with the understanding that the final as-built review is incomplete. This will allow the County to review the majority of the report and return comments to Golder as soon as possible and thereby reduce the time required to finalize the report and submit it to the RWQCB. After incorporating the County’s comments and completing the as-built review, we will submit three copies of the final CQA report to the County and one copy to the RWQCB. Our report will be finalized within 10 working days of receiving County comments and all contractor as-built drawings.
