Common use of CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR Clause in Contracts

CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR. The Company will provide for employees who have seniority and are required to wear uniforms, one (1) uniform every twenty-four (24) months providing the employee maintains the uniform at own expense. The uniform will be ordered every twenty-one (21) months, unless specified otherwise elsewhere in this section. It is agreed that the uniform i s to be worn at all times when on duty.
