Clubhouse. 11.1 It is recorded that the Seller intends erecting a Clubhouse with ancillary amenities on the Estate for the use and enjoyment of all owners of property on the Estate.
11.2 The aforesaid facilities shall be owned and/or managed by the Association and operated by the Association or his agent.
11.3 The Purchaser shall be obliged to become and remain a member of the Clubhouse for the duration of the Purchaser’s ownership of the Property. Membership of the Clubhouse shall entitle the Purchaser and his invitees to utilize the facilities of the Clubhouse, subject to the Association’s Rules. Where the Purchaser is a syndicate or partnership of respective co- owners, each such co-owner shall be required to become a member of the Clubhouse. Where the Purchaser is an artificial person (such as a close corporation, company or trust) these conditions of membership will apply in respect of each individual nominee of the Purchaser.
11.4 In the event of the Purchaser leasing the Property, then in that event, the Purchaser shall nominate his tenant as the beneficiary of the Purchaser’s membership of the Clubhouse, in which event the tenant shall be entitled to exercise all the Purchaser’s rights of membership of the Clubhouse (as contemplated in this paragraph 11) to the exclusion of the Purchaser.
Clubhouse. The clubhouse area, utility enclosures, walkways and refuse containers are orderly, well maintained, clean and in good repair. Signs and bulletin boards are neat and orderly with current information. Restrooms are clean, stocked and well maintained. All fixtures are operational. Interior and exterior areas are clean and orderly. Restrooms are properly identified for men and women.
Clubhouse. The term Clubhouse shall refer to any Buildings or portions thereof in which dining rooms, lounges, bars, meeting rooms and dancing areas may be located.
Clubhouse. Lessee shall promptly make any necessary repairs to the clubhouse due to vandalism or otherwise, and promptly remove all graffiti to the clubhouse.
Clubhouse. To utilize during normal operating hours such meeting room(s) as may be reasonably required to conduct meetings of the Licensee's membership, board of directors or committees, provided that (i) a request for such room(s) is made at least seven (7) days in advance and (ii) the use of such room(s) has not been previously scheduled at the time such request is made.
Clubhouse. I, , being a Member in good standing of Xxxxx Xxxx Lakes, have permission to rent the Clubhouse on Date: , from _a.m./p.m. until a.m./p.m.
Clubhouse. Subject to the terms of this Lease Agreement and Tenant not being in default, Tenant shall have exclusive use of the Clubhouse year-round, including limiting access to the facility. Landlord shall have the right to inspect the facility upon written request, and 48 hours minimum notice, and accompanied by a representative of Tenant. Landlord workers may not enter the Clubhouse building without written permission of Tenant at any time, unless an emergency exists, at which time Tenant will be immediately notified. Tenant shall be able to begin utilizing the Clubhouse for business operations on April 1, 2018, and shall be responsible for all utilities for the incurred for the Clubhouse beginning April 1, 2018, with Landlord to be responsible for all utilities beginning January 1, 2019.
Clubhouse. The clubhouse will be open. We are operating a one way system and signs should be followed and adhered to. Screens are up at serving points to minimise risk to both staff and clients. We have provided sanitising spray and wipes on all shooting stands along with hand sanitising gel at various locations around the site. Please ensure you use them regularly as reasonably as possible. We ask that buttons are cleaned after and before use. On top of this measure we will be regularly cleaning the buttons around the ground ourselves. All instructors that wish to instruct at Orston shooting ground must contact us directly prior to arriving to coach at Orston Shooting Ground. The management team at Orston Shooting Ground will ensure that in the event of a license holder having a lesson all of the above guidance has been made clear to the instructor and adhered to where possible. We will not be allowing non license holders to be coached by external instructors at this point in time as deem the risk too high combined with the safety of this activity being undertaken by a non license holder and an unknown instructor to the team. Instructional activities conducted by the Orston Shooting Ground Team Instructors will be undertaken for intermediate shooters and license holders. These will be discussed with each client on a case by case basis. Only 1 hour lessons will be happening and only in the event that individuals are from the same residence will there be more than 1 person allowed per hour.
Clubhouse. The Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) has granted the commencement certificate to develop the Project in terms of the Plan and the Sub-Lessor has issued a notice for commencement of construction to the KMC.
