Tea Breaks (a) Every employee will be entitled to a paid 10 minute tea break in each four hours worked at a time to be agreed between the employee and employer.
Coffee Breaks The Company will provide two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks during each work day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Coffee Break 23:01 The Employer shall recognize a paid coffee break period of 15 minutes duration in each half of a shift, whether during a normal work day or on shift work.
Lunch Breaks The lunch break will consist of a one-half hour (or one hour where scheduled) unpaid break taken mid-way during regular work day. In the event that an employee is required to work during his regular lunch period he shall be allowed a one-half hour lunch period between the hours of ll:30 a.m. and l:00 p.m., otherwise he shall be paid double time for working through said lunch period.
Lunch Break Each Teacher shall receive each day an uninterrupted and continuous period of not less than forty (40) minutes for lunch, free from supervisory, teaching or other assigned duties (reference: Regulation 298.s. 3, Daily Sessions).
H3 Break H3.1 The Authority shall have the right to terminate the Contract at any time by giving three (3) Months’ written notice to the Contractor. The Authority may extend the period of notice at any time before it expires, subject to agreement on the level of Services to be provided by the Contractor during the period of extension.
Missed Meal Breaks (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) If an employee is authorized to work, during the lunch break, due to the requirements of patient care, he will be paid time and one-half (1½) his regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of his normal daily hours.
Rest Breaks Employees shall receive a fifteen (15) minute break during each four (4) hours worked. It is the Employer's intention to provide uninterrupted rest breaks.
Data Breaches A. Upon the discovery by the Contractor of a confirmed breach of security that results in the unauthorized release, disclosure, or acquisition of student data, the Contractor shall provide initial notice to the Board as soon as reasonably possible, after such discovery (“Initial Notice”). The Initial Notice shall be delivered to the Board by electronic mail to Superintendent Xxxxxxx X. Xxxx, xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or to the contact currently on file and shall include the following information, to the extent known at the time of notification:
Student Discipline CONTRACTOR shall maintain and abide by a written policy for student discipline that is consistent with state and federal law and regulations. When CONTRACTOR seeks to remove a student from his/her current educational placement for disciplinary reasons, CONTRACTOR shall immediately submit a written discipline report to the LEA and a manifestation IEP team meeting shall be scheduled. Written discipline reports shall include, but not be limited to: the student’s name; the time, date, and description of the misconduct; the disciplinary action taken by CONTRACTOR; and the rationale for such disciplinary action. A copy of the student’s behavior plan, if any, shall be submitted with the written discipline report. CONTRACTOR and XXX agree to participate in a manifestation determination at an IEP meeting no later than the tenth (10th) day of suspension. CONTRACTOR shall notify and invite XXX representatives to the IEP team meeting where the manifestation determination will be made.
