Collection Methods. Prior to submitting identifiable clinical data to FIGmd for inclusion within the HDW, Practice shall select an approved data collection method identified by FIGmd. FIGmd shall not be obligated to accept identifiable clinical data that is submitted through a data collection method that has not been previously approved by FIGmd.

Collection Methods. For any given fiscal year, the District may elect to collect any special assessment for any lot or parcel by any lawful means. Generally speaking, the District may elect to place a special assessment on that portion of the annual real estate tax xxxx, entitled “non-ad valorem assessments,” which would then be collected by the Polk County Tax Collector in the same manner as county ad valorem taxes. Alternatively, the District may elect to collect any special assessment by sending a direct xxxx to a given landowner. The District reserves the right to change collection methods from year to year. The Lender may not, as security or for collection arrangement purposes, keep in possession, or make use of any bank cards or personal information such as pin codes of the Borrower. The Lender may not use any process documents signed in blank by the Borrower. The Lender may not collect or attempt to collect any amount in respect of costs exceeding costs allowed in terms of the Magistrate’s Court Act, 1944 (Act No. 32 of 1944) or make use of any collection methods not authorized by law. Annexure “B” BORROWER’S COMPLAINTS PROCEDURES The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA) regulates and supervises non-bank financial institutions, including Microlenders. Microlenders are regulated under the Usury Act, 1968 (Act No. 73 of 1968) and Exemption Notices made by the Minister of Finance. The inspection of Microlenders is coordinated in accordance with the Inspection of Financial Institutions Act, 1984 (Act No. 38 of 1984). If a Microlender has treated you unfairly, you may complain to NAMFISA by filling out a Complaint Intake Form. You can get a Complaint Intake Form from your Microlender. Please ask for a form. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS BEFORE MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH NAMFISA Step I First, take up the matter with the frontline staff of the Microlender. State the problem and ask for a solution. Specifically ask if the staff is able to resolve the complaint.

The Obligors covenant and agree to indemnify and hold the Holders harmless from any loss or liability of any kind or character which may be asserted or sought to be asserted against the Holders by virtue of any suit filed, process issued or any repossession or attempted repossession done or attempted by the Obligors or at the Obligor’s direction or any endeavors that the Obligors may make to collect or enforce any Accounts or repossess any goods covered by any Account.
