Recyclables. The current list of household recyclables as established through guidelines released under the authority of the City’s Administrator and such other materials as the parties may mutually agree to in writing.
Recyclables. Contractor shall dispose of all Recyclables collected under this Agreement to the Westchester County Recyclable Material Transfer Station, also known as Northern Tier Transfer Station, on 000 Xxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxx xx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, unless otherwise directed by the Town. When making deliveries, all trucks must weigh in and weigh out after dumping each type of Recyclable, i.
Recyclables. Recyclables are reusable or reprocessable materials approved and agreed to by the parties hereto. Recyclables may include such items as newsprint, corrugated and ledger paper, magazines, catalogues, junk mail, phone books, plastic containers, glass, tin cans, aluminum, and other metal goods. Recyclables specifically exclude refuse and organics.
Recyclables. 1. CLEAR TRASH LINERS ARE USED FOR ALL AREAS.
2. EMPTY AND RETURN ALL RECYCLING CONTAINERS OF ANY TYPE AND SIZE TO THEIR ORIGINAL POSITIONS.
3. REMOVE BULKY ITEMS SUCH AS ROLLS OF PLANS OR CARDBOARD BOXES THAT ARE PLACED BY RECYCLING CONTAINERS AND CLEARLY MARKED FOR DISPOSAL.
4. CLEAN SPILLS AND FOREIGN SUBSTANCES FROM ALL SURFACES OF THE RECYCLING CONTAINER.
5. REPLACE PLASTIC BAG LINERS IN ALL RECYCLING CONTAINERS AFTER EACH SERVICING.
6. EMPTY RECYCLABLES INTO A DESIGNATED DUMPSTER OR RECEPTACLE TO AVOID LITTERING ADJACENT AREAS.
7. CLEAN UP ANY SPILL OR LITTER GENERATED BY SECOND PARTY WORK OPERATIONS.
8. ALL RECYCLING CONTAINERS AND THE AREAS ADJACENT TO RECYCLING CONTAINERS WILL BE FREE OF DEBRIS, SPILLS, AND FOREIGN SUBSTANCES.
9. A CLEAN, NEW TRASH LINER WILL BE PLACED IN THE CONTAINER; AND ALL RECYCLABLES WILL BE PLACED INTO THE DESIGNATED DUMPSTER UPON COMPLETION.
10. EMPTY AND WIPE ALL RECYCLING CONTAINERS WITH A CHEMICALLY TREATED OR DAMP CLOTH. IF CONTAINERS BECOME UNDULY SOILED, THEY MUST BE WASHED.
11. SECOND PARTY SHALL FURNISH PLASTIC LINERS FOR RECYCLING CONTAINERS.
Recyclables. As of the Execution Date designated public curbside receptacles in the Service Area primarily contain Refuse. CONTRACTOR will Collect and Divert Recyclables discarded in existing or additional Recyclable receptacles within two weeks of Director’s request, subject to possible adjustment of the Service Fee for change orders under item B of Section 3.
Recyclables. CONTRACTOR shall not commingle Recyclables 934 Collected pursuant to this Agreement, with any other material Collected by CONTRACTOR 935 inside or outside the CITY prior to delivery to the Processing Facility unless CONTRACTOR 936 has provided written documentation, in a form that is satisfactory to the Contract 937 Administrator, explaining how the mixed material will be allocated to the jurisdiction(s) of 938 origin and CONTRACTOR has received express, written consent from the Contract 939 Administrator.
Recyclables. COUNTY grants to FRANCHISEE the nonexclusive right and privilege together with the obligation to arrange to provide Franchise Services with respect to Recyclables discarded by Customers if prescribed in Exhibit 3A. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, Customers may donate or sell any or all of their Recyclables to Persons other than FRANCHISEE.
Recyclables. Contractor shall transport Recyclables to the licensed MRF for processing and marketing of material. Contractor shall not Dispose of any Recyclables anywhere else without prior City permission. Contractor shall comply with the licensed MRF delivery protocol.
Recyclables. For the purpose of this Agreement, Recyclables shall include the following: clear, green, and xxxxx glass, newspaper, white paper, corrugated cardboard, magazines, glossy paper, mixed paper, boxboard, clear and colored HDPE plastic, XXXX plastic, tin and aluminum containers, waste oil.
Recyclables. Franchise acknowledges that although the City requires that Businesses Recycle, Businesses do not have to subscribe to Contract Services from Contractor for Collection of Recyclables; Businesses have three Recycling options:
1. Donating or selling their Recyclables (such as paper or cardboard),
2. Self-Hauling Recyclables to buy back/drop off centers, or
3. Subscribing to Contract Services.
