College Holiday. A College holiday is any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holiday on which the College is closed by official declaration. An employee required to work a College holiday shall receive double time for all hours worked on that day and the holiday shall be rescheduled to a time mutually agreeable to the employee and the College (per Article 14.03(d) (Overtime Compensation)).
