In the municipal and wastewater area, we purchased the business and assets of the Royce Instrument Corporation relating to manufacture, monitoring and control instrumentation and sensors for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. We also acquired the business and assets of Precision Stainless, Inc. which provides process vessels for biopharmaceutical companies and we purchased the business and assets of the Biopharm Manufacturing Division of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Company, Inc., a manufacturer of process systems for the biopharmaceutical industry. Commercial Aircraft. The Airport Authority assesses a landing fee on each aircraft landing conducted by an airline or other commercial Air Carrier, operating under FAR Part 121 (airline), Part 129 (international airline), Part 135 (air taxi), or other similar regulation, regardless of the purpose of the landing.
Commercial Aircraft. When commercial aircraft transportation is approved, the “cost of public carrier” shall mean the cost of air coach class rate including tax and security surcharges. Travel via charter aircraft shall be limited to emergencies, or when other types of transportation are impractical or more expensive. Specific prior approval for travel via charter aircraft must be obtained from the County Administrative Officer or designee.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Commercial Items The Software, including all related documentation, are “Commercial Item(s),” as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. Section 2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation,” as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. Section 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. Section 227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. Section 12.212 or 48 C.F.R.   • Equipment Procurement If responsibility for construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades is to be borne by the Connecting Transmission Owner, then the Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence design of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades and procure necessary equipment as soon as practicable after all of the following conditions are satisfied, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner otherwise agree in writing:

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • Engine A. Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly.
