Landing Fee. A. Following the effective date of this Agreement, rentals and fees for the use of the other Airport facilities, and for rights, licenses, and privileges granted to Airline under Articles 2 and 3 hereunder, except as provided elsewhere herein, shall be combined in and represented by a monthly landing fee (hereinafter referred to as the "Landing Fee"), which shall be determined: by multiplying Airline’s Total Landed Weight for the month by the annual Landing Fee rate per thousand pound unit of landed weight.
B. Airline shall furnish to Authority, on or before the tenth day of each month, an accurate verified report, on forms prescribed by Authority, including the following: (1) Airline's total number of Aircraft Arrivals, by type of aircraft and Maximum Gross Certificated Landing Weight of each type of aircraft, (2) the number of Enplaned and the number of Deplaned Passengers, and (3) the amount of freight, mail, and other cargo for the preceding month.
Landing Fee. Rents and fees for the use of all other facilities, rights, and privileges granted to AIRLINE, except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, will be combined in and represented by a Landing fee that is subject to adjustment pursuant to Article 9 of this Agreement. No other fee may be charged for the facilities, rights, and privileges granted under this Agreement except as provided in this Agreement.
a. The Landing fee rate will be recalculated for each Fiscal Year as set forth in Section 9.09.
b. AIRLINE shall submit payment of its Landing fee obligation for the preceding month upon submission of its CAR for that month as required under Section 11.01.C of this Agreement. The Landing fee obligation for each month will be calculated by dividing the total Certificated Maximum Gross Takeoff Weights of all of AIRLINE‘s Landings, and Designated Signatory Airline Activity of aircraft of six thousand (6,000) pounds or greater Certificated Maximum Gross Takeoff Weight during the month by one thousand (1,000), and multiplying that number times the then-current Landing fee rate established by DOT&PF in accordance with Article 9 of this Agreement.
Landing Fee. A. Each year DOT&PF will calculate the Airport System Landing fee for the next Fiscal Year using its own reasonable estimates and projections.
B. DOT&PF will calculate the total Airport System Revenue requirement for each Fiscal Year by adding together the following amounts projected for the Airport System for that Fiscal Year:
1. The total estimated direct and indirect M&O Expenses, including DOT&PF’s administrative overhead, for the Airport System;
2. The Annual Debt Service and Debt Service Coverage of the Airport System to be paid from Airport System rates and fees, plus any other amount required by the Bond Resolution, but not any portion to be paid with federal grant funds or PFCs; and
3. The aggregate Fund Deposit Requirements established pursuant to either the Bond Resolution or Article 10 of this Agreement.
C. DOT&PF will determine the Airport System Landing fee requirement for each Fiscal Year by subtracting from the total Airport System Revenue requirement the following amounts projected for the Airport System for that Fiscal Year:
1. All operating Revenues, including
a. Terminal concession revenues, vehicle parking revenues, rental car revenues, ground transportation revenues, and non-airline terminal rental revenues;
b. Tie-down permit revenues and land and building rental and permit revenues;
c. Fuel flowage revenues;
d. Signatory Airline terminal rental revenues for exclusively and preferentially leased premises;
Landing Fee. Airline shall pay Landing Fees for its use of the Airfield Area based on its Maximum Gross Landed Weight at the Airport during the Fiscal Year. The Landing Fee effective July 1st of each Fiscal Year shall be determined according to the rate-setting method set forth in this Section 10.6.
Landing Fee. The Landing Fee effective July 1st of each Fiscal Year shall be determined according to the method set forth in this Section.
Landing Fee. The Landing Fee is set forth Setting Period shall be calculated on a residual rate setting methodology as set forth in this subsection as set forth in in Table 4-2 below. The Airfield Total Requirement is allocated between the Air Carrier Requirement and the General Aviation Requirement based on the proportion of expenses allocable to each category. 4.1 Rents, Fees and Charges:
Landing Fee. A landing fee shall be charged to all aircraft engaged in commercial operations landing at the airport. Said fee shall be set by the Board and based upon gross weight, as deter- mined by the Manager.
Landing Fee. For landing an aircraft on the premises of AIRB (GA ramp), a landing fee will be charged. As per contract article 5.01(3), W Aviation has agreed to collect on behalf of AAA, in accordance with AAA’s prevailing rate schedule, plus a mark up fee of 15%.
Landing Fee. AIRLINE shall furnish to CITY, on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, an accurate verified report, on forms prescribed by the CITY together with a check in payment of Landing Fees for AIRLINE's operations at the Airport during the preceding month. The Landing Fee payment shall be calculated by multiplying AIRLINE's total Landed Weight for the month by the Landing Fee Rate then in effect. The Landing Fee Rate shall be recalculated annually in accordance with Section 6.06. An example of the methodology used to calculate Airline Rentals and Fee Rates using hypothetical expenses and revenues is provided in Exhibit N. This exhibit is provided for illustrative purposes only and is in no way intended to show actual Airline Rentals and Fee Rates, nor shall it be construed to represent actual Airline Rentals and Fee Rates over the period shown. The landing fee for signatory carriers for fiscal year 2005 (July 1, 2004 – June 30, 2005) is $1.71 per 1,000 pounds of landed weight. The landing fee for non-signatory carriers during the same period is $2.14 per 1,000 pounds of landed weight.
Landing Fee. In addition to the base rent, Lessee shall pay Lessor, a landing fee charge in the amount of $3.73 per 1,000 pounds gross landing weight for Lessee's aircraft and the aircraft of Airlines affiliates which land at the Airport during the Term. Gross landing weight for aircraft shall be based on the standard certificated maximum landing weight for each type of aircraft which Lessee lands at the airport. Within fifteen days after the commencement of this lease, Lessee shall provide Lessor prior written notice of the types of aircraft it will land at the Airport during the Term and copies of the certificates showing maximum landing weights for each such aircraft. Lessee's payment of this additional rent shall include all Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) fees when applicable.
