Landing Fee. A. Rentals and Fees for the use of the Airfield, and for rights, licenses, and privileges granted to Airline under Articles 2 and 3 hereunder, except as provided elsewhere herein, shall be combined in and represented by a monthly landing fee (hereinafter referred to as the "Landing Fee"), which shall be determined by multiplying Airline's Total Landed Weight for the month by the annual Landing Fee Rate per thousand (1,000) pound unit of landed weight calculated in accordance with Section 6.07.

Landing Fee. Airline shall pay Landing Fees for its use of the Airfield Area based on its Maximum Gross Landed Weight at the Airport during the Fiscal Year. The Landing Fee effective July 1st of each Fiscal Year shall be determined according to the rate-setting method set forth in this Section 10.6.
Landing Fee. In addition to the base rent, Lessee shall pay Lessor, a landing fee charge in the amount of $3.73 per 1,000 pounds gross landing weight for Lessee's aircraft and the aircraft of Airlines affiliates which land at the Airport during the Term. Gross landing weight for aircraft shall be based on the standard certificated maximum landing weight for each type of aircraft which Lessee lands at the airport. Within fifteen days after the commencement of this lease, Lessee shall provide Lessor prior written notice of the types of aircraft it will land at the Airport during the Term and copies of the certificates showing maximum landing weights for each such aircraft. Lessee's payment of this additional rent shall include all Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) fees when applicable.
Landing Fee. AIRLINE shall furnish to CITY, on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, an accurate verified report, on forms prescribed by the CITY together with a check in payment of Landing Fees for AIRLINE's operations at the Airport during the preceding month. The Landing Fee payment shall be calculated by multiplying AIRLINE's total Landed Weight for the month by the Landing Fee Rate then in effect. The Landing Fee Rate shall be recalculated annually in accordance with Section 6.06. An example of the methodology used to calculate Airline Rentals and Fee Rates using hypothetical expenses and revenues is provided in Exhibit N. This exhibit is provided for illustrative purposes only and is in no way intended to show actual Airline Rentals and Fee Rates, nor shall it be construed to represent actual Airline Rentals and Fee Rates over the period shown. The landing fee for signatory carriers for fiscal year 2005 (July 1, 2004 – June 30, 2005) is $1.71 per 1,000 pounds of landed weight. The landing fee for non-signatory carriers during the same period is $2.14 per 1,000 pounds of landed weight.
Landing Fee. For landing an aircraft on the premises of AIRB (GA ramp), a landing fee will be charged. As per contract article 5.01(3), W Aviation has agreed to collect on behalf of AAA, in accordance with AAA’s prevailing rate schedule, plus a mark up fee of 15%.
