O&M Manual means the operation and maintenance manual prepared and maintained by the Owner under condition 3.2 in Schedule E of this Approval.

More Definitions of O&M Manual
O&M Manual means the Project operations and maintenance manual to be provided by Contractor to Owner in accordance with this Agreement.
O&M Manual means the manual in respect of the operation and maintenance of the Project Facilities to be prepared by the Concessionaire in accordance with Schedule 4.
O&M Manual means the operations and maintenance manual, a draft of which is set out in Attachment A, as updated from time to time in accordance with this Agreement and the procedures set out in the O&M Manual.
