Committee on Labour Relations. The Employer shall appoint and maintain a Committee to be called the “Committee on Labour Relations”, one member of which shall be designated as Chairperson. The Employer at all times shall keep the Union informed of the individual membership of the Committee.
Committee on Labour Relations. There shall be a Union/Management Committee. The parties shall keep each other informed at all times of the names of the respective committee members.
Committee on Labour Relations. The parties agree to the establishment of a Labour /management committee to discuss and make recommendations regarding issues that may arise from operations of the Florentine including the following:
(1) Reviewing matters, other than grievances, relating to the maintenance of good relations between the parties;
(2) Correcting conditions causing misunderstandings;
(3) Dealing with matters referred to in this Agreement; including acting as the OH&S committee in accordance with WCB regulations.
(4) Planning, training and skills upgrading for those employees affected by technological changes, new programs, and methods of operation, and general skills upgrading to enable employees to qualify for new positions being planned through future expansion or renovation.

Committee on Labour Relations. The Village shall appoint a “Labour Relations Committee” and it shall appoint members to that Committee to represent the Village. The Village shall inform the Union of its appointees to the Committee.
