Community Based Service Streams. Districts and Networks will need to work in partnership with other local providers, including Non Government Organisations and private providers, to ensure Community Based Services are available in accordance with the needs of their population, with an increasing focus on the integration of primary, acute, aged and social care. Community Based Service Streams that are to be provided by the LHD to meet the needs of their patients and carers include:  Antenatal and Postnatal Care Services  Child, Youth and Family ServicesChronic Care, Rehabilitation and Aged Health Services  Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol Services, including Community-based Specialist Mental Health Services and Community-based Specialist Drug and Alcohol Services,  Oral Health ServicesPriority Population and Carer Support Services  Breast Screen

Community Based Service Streams. Districts, Networks and other Health Services will need to work in partnership with other local providers, including Non-Government Organisations and private providers, to ensure Community Based Services are available in accordance with the needs of their population, with an increasing focus on the integration of primary, acute, aged and social care. Community Based Service Streams that are to be provided by the Organisation to meet the needs of their patients and carers include: Maternal, Child, Youth and Family Services – including;  Adolescent and Young Adults with Cancer Chronic Care, Rehabilitation and Aged Health Services – including:  Palliative Care  Hospital in the Home Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol Services – including:  Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Calvary Mater Newcastle will provide medical registrar support to assist Mater Mental Health Centre provide a Rapid Response Team to its patients in 2015/16. The Calvary Mater Newcastle support will include a trainee physician who will respond and support an Advanced Life Support Registered Nurse (from Mental Health) and a Hunter New England Mental Health medical officer in attending to a deteriorating patient. Mental Health will purchase and maintain the necessary equipment to standardise the equipment required for a Medical Emergency Team call, based on the advice of the Calvary Mater Newcastle. Agreed costs are limited to the recurrent funded two (2) hours per day medical cover Monday to Friday from the HNE Mental Health Service. Each Rapid Response call will be reviewed by the Mental Health Director of Medical Services.   • INTERNET-BASED SERVICES Microsoft provides Internet-based services with the software. It may change or cancel them at any time.

  • Location Based Services The Software's location based services (“LBS”) can be used with Devices that are equipped with a GPS receiver or devices that utilize cellular based location capabilities. The LBS feature in the Software is powered by Microsoft's Bing Maps technology.   • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Misuse of Internet-based Services You may not use these services in any way that could harm them or impair anyone else’s use of them. You may not use the services to try to gain unauthorized access to any service, data, account or network by any means.

  • Purchased Services During the term of this Collective Agreement, no regular employee will be declared surplus in his/her position as a result of the use of purchased services to perform the work normally performed by that employee.

  • In-Service Programs The parties to this collective agreement recognize the value of in-service education both to the employee and the Employer.
