Community-based Sessional Instructor Positions. From time-to-time FNUniv may enter into partnerships with communities /or educational institutions to offer community-based courses. The Parties acknowledge that the process of identifying and appointing Sessional Academic Staff Members may differ from the process described in17.2 and 17.3 above. The University will work in partnership with the communities in question to identify qualified Sessional Academic Staff Members. Courses taught through a community-based program do not contribute toward a Sessional Academic Staff Member qualifying for pre-posting offers. FNUniv shall inform Sessional Academic Staff Members through the University’s e-mail what community based courses are available and how to apply If no qualified candidate is identified by the community, the community may post the position in accordance to 17.3. The community seeking a Sessional Academic Staff Member may choose and appoint a successful candidate at their discretion. Content of Postings Each job posting shall include the qualifications, type of position, course number, title, location, delivery mode, anticipated enrolment, salary range, start and end date of the contract, day and time of the course (where these are known), a commitment to equity in hiring in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 – Affirming Diversity, and a statement that this is a unionized position. All posted Sessional Academic Staff positions shall be advertised on the careers page at xxxx://xxxxxx.xx/jobs, with a copy to the Faculty Association without delay. Such advertisements shall adhere to the University’s exemption under Section 48 of the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, which allows the University to give preference to First Nations and other Indigenous candidates.

The LBS feature in the Software is powered by Microsoft's Bing Maps technology. In order to access this third-party system, the product registration code is passed from the Software to the SOTI and/or its suppliers LBS Server, which in turn requests a non-identifying token from Microsoft’s Bing Maps service on behalf of the end user.

  • State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.

  • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • Substance Abuse Treatment Information Substance abuse treatment information shall be maintained in compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 2 if the Party or subcontractor(s) are Part 2 covered programs, or if substance abuse treatment information is received from a Part 2 covered program by the Party or subcontractor(s).

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Designated Teacher for Looked After Children 17A) The Academy Trust will in respect of the Academy act in accordance with, and be bound by, all relevant statutory and regulatory provisions and have regard to any guidance and codes of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, as they apply at any time to a maintained school, relating to the designation of a person to manage the teaching and learning programme for children who are looked after by a LA and are registered pupils at the school.
