COMMUTE TIME. Xxxxxxx, Trainees and Technicians are expected to report to the job site at an appointed time and be prepared to begin work at that time. The job site is normally considered to be the first pole to be worked on that day. Although the Company does not provide transportation to commute to and from the job site, as a convenience, employees may be allowed to ride in the company vehicle to and from the job site. Employees are not compensated for commute travel time to and from the job site. Employees are not required to commute to and from the job site in a company vehicle. Technicians must be allowed to use their personal vehicles to commute, and to be given the option to meet the crew at the job site each workday. If a Xxxxxxx elects to use a personal vehicle to commute, the job supervision will locate a secure location to park the company truck and establish a job site where the crew meets each morning, in these cases the work would start at these locations. Xxxxxxx to Technicians will not be compensated for commute costs (gas or mileage) for a personal vehicle unless the Company asks them to use their personal vehicle for company benefit.
COMMUTE TIME. Employees shall travel to and from their work on their own time and by means of their own transportation.

  • Vacation Time After the Trial Period is complete, the Employee is entitled to days off per year of which is required to be mutually benefiting of the Employer and the Employee. It is required for the Employee to give notice before scheduling their vacation in accordance with Company policy.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Leave Time During the Employment Period, Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation and leave days each calendar year in accordance with the leave policies established by Employer from time to time. Any leave time not used during each fiscal year of Employer may be carried over into the next year to the extent permitted by Employer policy.

  • Separation Date Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated effective , 20 (the “Separation Date”). Executive agrees to return all Company property to the Company no later than the Separation Date. Except as specifically provided below, Executive shall not be entitled to receive any compensation or other benefits of employment following the Separation Date.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Wash-Up Time 37.01 Where the Employer determines there is a clear-cut need, wash-up time, to a maximum of ten (10) minutes immediately before the end of a work period, will be permitted.

  • Travel Time Leave provided in paragraphs A and B of this Article shall apply to and cover actual and necessary travel to and from such meetings required during normal working hours on the day of the meeting or negotiations, except that MSEA-SEIU bargaining team members traveling 100 miles or more to negotiations shall be entitled to travel time outside of days of negotiations.

  • Vacation Buy Back Employees shall have the option of requesting pay in lieu of time off up to a maximum of 144 hours of vacation time each year, during each year of the contract in increments of eight (8) hrs. Such requests are subject to the approval of the department head and the availability of funds.
